Tomas and his partner did an AMAZING job on our basement. They showed up on time, were very detailed and meticulous with the demolition and put back and very professional. I’m a carpenter by trade and I’m very impressed with the way Perm-Seals company is ran. I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks ago and the communication was excellent! They reached out to me the day before to confirm both a text and a phone call. It’s hard these days to actually talk to a person and get something done. Antonio replaced the defective dehumidifier unit. To swap the units took only a few minutes. He answered all my questions and confirmed the length of the warranty remaining from the original installation date. Very pleasant experience.

George Heller with Perma-Seal was great to work with. We have mold in the attic and crawlspace and he is going to waterproof and seal the home. Excited to have a dry crawlspace and healthy home again !

Eric, Juan, and Feliciano did a fantastic job today removing old attic insulation and installing baffles, sealing around ducts, light fixtures, and outside wall electric boxes. I am breathing easier now that I have good insulation in my attic. I am pretty sure the insulation they removed was from 1962 the year the house was built.

We had our attic insulated in May 2024, by team Eric ,Julio and Juan.They worked well together.Very professional and did a good job removing old insulation, sealing the air gaps, then blowing in 18 inches of insulation.I admire any one willing to work in attics.They cleaned up everything.I was very pleased with the outcome and would recommend them to anyone.

Provided me a quote for insulation and installing baffles in the attic to help with the proper air circulation throughout the house.
