Alejandro Lopez evaluated my garage floor for leveling, especially raising the steps entering the house. As I get older it is difficult entering the house from the garage as the floor has settle and steps dropped. Alejandro confidently felt you service would address the problem where previous mud jacking resettled.
Prior to the appointment he communicated his approximate arrival, upon arrival he immediately asked about my project and assessed the garage floor. He seemed knowledgeable about your product feeling polyfoam is a more stable solution than mud jacking. His presentation could have benefited from more before and after photos specifically of garage floor leveling.
I’ll find out 10/19 when you come to provide the service. Hopefully another positive will follow.

Niko Sinatra was the Perma-Seal rep who came to check out the problem(s) at our house. Was totally impressed – great people skills. You have an employee who really represents your company to the fullest.
The day the crew came to do the job, Niko stopped by to make sure things were going well and to make sure if I had any questions that they were answered. There was another suggestion to do in the crawl space which I still have not decided on yet but when it will happen, it would mean removing everything which would be major (the only way up and down is through an opening in the closet floor) and Niko even offered on his own time to come and help me. That is the kind of person he is.
FYI, I work at WGN Radio and Perma-Seal is one of our valued clients – after my house job was completed, I came back to the office and told my experience to our AE to reps Perma-Seal and I know he called your office and something was already added to Niko’s file. He is great!

Usbaldo & Markos we’re amazing! So respectful of our home. They actually used a basement escape window to remove all the debris and pass cement mix thru there too. The two worked tirelessly and quietly for over 6 hours! The basement and outdoor area looked totally clean after job was done. Install of new sump pump and cover impressive. Thanks .

resolve the water leaks in the basement. The work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. I am very satisfied with the work performed and there has been no other problems since. I was not impressed with Antonio Garcia. While professional, he was unresponsive. Even though we told him our sump pump was already connected to the storm sewer, he insisted we call the village to confirm, and the line item still appeared on the final proposal. Thankfully, the installation crew verified the connection on-site and arranged to remove the charge from our invoice. I considered canceling because of Antonio, but I’m glad I didn’t, the actual crew was fantastic, efficient, and did an awesome job. We are very satisfied with the final work.

The worker was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will stay with Perma seal because of him.

Jesse was great and helpful in assessing our sources of issues and even better at providing reasonable solutions. Would certainly use him again.

Mr Conwell gave me a complete explanation of the attic insulation work, the amount of manhours and final cost. What is most appreciated is his readiness to quickly and correctly respond to all of my questions and comments about the project. In other words, Mr Conwell was my liaison to PermaSeal, saving me the time and energy needed to navigate a company’s hierarchy. And, yes, I intend to contact Mr Conwell and PermaSeal again.

Justin did a great job today (10-8-26) performing the annual inspection. He was prompt, thorough, professional, and courteous. He went above and beyond expectations in explaining to me the various parts of the system, and he conducted the inspection and tested the operation both inside and outside the house. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. No leakage since then and its been several years. Antonio Garcia was our main technician.

First of all he was on time. Very pleasant to work with. Explained everything that he could see was the problem. The source of the water coming in to my sunroom, etc. We discovered at the during this that the problem was larger than a solution that he could provide and rather than give me a Band-Aid repair opted to have his supervisor /manager also come to look at this situation that I inherited from recent home purchase.

Nico Soprano came out to check on our system and did a walk around other potential trouble areas of the basement and recommended a reasonable and affordable solution for our three window wells. The service was explained thoroughly. They answers any questions I had. The payment process was also easily facilitated and explained. They also sent out techs to inspect a few weeks after to ensure everything is working properly. Cleanup and done 100% by their crew and they took plenty of pictures of the job they did to show me and reference. I would 100 recommend.
