He demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the process, thoroughly inspecting the area and identifying the source of the leaks. Anthony Modica was an informative, professional, and understanding technician. He was very tolerant of my adjustments to the sump process after I discovered the pump was not shutting off and the battery not charging after the July 27 Storm. Luckily, we already had a scheduled appointment for July 31. He thoroughly explained everything he was going to do and why. He made sure we understood how the system worked. He made important recommendations for future servicing. He tested the existing pump and back up, realigned the pipe, and replaced the two back up batteries.

We were very pleased with his demeanor, work ethic, and sincerity. We will have him back again to check our system in the spring.

George Heller came out to our house and cleaned our window wells, washed the outside of the windows and replaced the stone at the bottom of the well. George was quick and efficient and when finished, everything was clean and in place. We have used Perma-Seal in the past to fix cracks in our basement and would recommend them to everyone.

Tyler and Juan did an outstanding job on repairing and leveling my patio, front porch and driveway. Overall they communicated with me as to what they were doing and why. I observed them resolve some problems that arose during their work. They couldn’t resolve one particular leveling issue but gave me several options so that I could get the best resolution to the problem. They were knowledgeable and professional as compared to some of the other businesses I have dealt with.
