Aaron Schwartz was very patient with my questions. He showed pictures as he explained the different systems that would fix my problem . Clearly explained the cost of the different systems. He took his time & made me comfortable with my choices. I’m ready for it to get started.

Jon was great! He immediately noted needed improvements for the crawlspace and the foundation around (outside of) the home that I could implement to keep water from deteriorating the foundation. He mentioned, cheaper steps that I could implement as a new home-owner as well as long term projects…that were expensive but necessary. I appreciate the straightforwardness and honesty!

(Sales Rep) for his representation and explanation of how Perma Seal can solve my foundation “issues” in a way that was less costly than the competition. They did what they said they would do! Christian came out last week and told us it was time to replace our pump system. He came out a week later and did it all himself. He was personable and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Sergio and his helper (coincidentally also named Sergio) seemed very diligent in cleaning out as much of the sand in the system as possible, and even suggesting a rather more radical next step to get around the last few roadblocks, which I declined at this time.
There does seem to be a flaw in the way the system was originally installed, with a viewpoint to maintenance (cleanout) in terms of the number of tight right-angle corners in the layout.

Extremely helpful with frozen pipe, and information of services.

I give 5 stars for Victor. He is very professional and answered all of my questions. He was patient as I had a few distractions during the installation process and could bot answer his questions right away. Thank you.

Jake Showed up early and was able to explain and assuage our fears after discovering our underground discharge line had failed. Getting it replaced will give us peace of mind and security that our crawlspace stays dry. 5 Stars!

Team of Joaquin and Angel were courteous and professional. Finished promptly and clean up was exceptional. Perma-seal fixed some foundation cracks for me a few years back, so I kind of expected this kind of service from them. Strongly recommend this company, they are first class.

Doro and Louis were wonderful. On time, polite and professional and they did a great job. They cleaned entire area and raised the concrete and cleaned up wonderfully. They explained what they did and the warranty – was very impressed with everything. Bottom line I would use them again and would request Doro and Louis.
