Antonio was great. Very polite and friendly, identified the issue quickly and made the quick repair necessary to prevent the warning messages I was receiving. Explained the issue to me and told me what to do if anything similar happens again.

We had our sump pump and back up pump replaced by Manuel and Zeke on October 30, 2025. The work also included digging a bigger hole for a new and bigger pit/liner tub. The guys were punctual, worked quickly and did a great job. Personally, they were very nice and friendly. We’ve been using Perma-Seal for many, many years updating our sump pumps, having our crawlspace encapsulated with a Clean Space system which included the Basement Defender monitoring system app – a terrific tool. We appreciate Perma-Seal and always recommend to other people.

Christian came out for our maintenance call. He found that our main sump pump was dead. In an hour he replaced the sump pump with a new working one, replaced our high water meter and added the defender system so that we’d be alerted if the pump ever failed again. Excellent customer service, speedy and cleanly. Christian did a great job and would highly recommend him and perma seal for all your basement water issues. He also showed me where to purchase our old dehumidifier filters too – bonus!

I had my yearly maintenance done by Jace from Perma-Seal, and he did an absolutely wonderful job! Jace was on time, professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing with both my sump and ejector pumps. Jason from Perma Seal did a great job to identify crawl space issues.

Gene performed my preventative maintenance check and ran into a few spiders/webs who were residing in my crawlspace as well!! He checked all 15 points listed on the PMA check list well, made some suggestions and checked my water heater as an additional request I had. Gene is a competent professional with a pleasant personality who is an asset to your company.

Scheduled routine maintenance call for liners and pumps in both crawlspaces and the replacement filter in dehumidifier. Miguel Guerrero came out and was excellent in taking care of everything and explaining about what he did and he was even able to fit through the small opening to our second crawl space! Excellent work and product and would recommend your company.

Matt T. and Chris D. came to reconnect the plumbing and electric after the other work was finished. They did a great job and even went the extra mile to make sure that some previous plumbing problems were not going to leak and cause a problem. They also moved the freezer and work bench back into place instead of making me wait for other laborers to come and do that. Not only do they do really nice work, but they sure went the extra mile.

Sergio and his crew were great. Efficient, knowledgeable, polite, hard working. It was not easy going up and down the stairs carrying heavy concrete, stones, supplies. They were dedicated to doing a great job and they did. They were real pros and real gentlemen.

Rich Betts did a thorough inspection of my sump pump system and explained some of the features of the newer models. He also did a thorough inspection of the crawl space for cracks and, at my request, also looked for possible entry ways into the crawl space for mice of which I occasionally have had problems with. He discovered three cracks that he identified as needing attention and also a possible entry where mice might be getting in. Rich was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure dealing with Rich.

I just met with Duane Swiggum . He was very courteous and explained the entire process for my crawl space. I am signing for the work to be done as soon as possible. I was very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge.

Brian M came to my home for a problem with my crawl space. I had my crawl space perma sealed without having a drain tile installed 9 years ago. I had gotten a lot of big puddles of water from the heavy rain we recently had. Brian very patiently explained why this happened. The water had no where to go without having a drain tile. He took so much time with me and I felt like as if my own nephew was helping me. I told him I would call him to let him know what I decided. A few hours later I called him to say I was signing the contract. He was about 40 minutes away just leaving another customer. I asked him since they couldn’t do the job till June 23 what should I do in the meantime. After a full day of work at 7pm he offered to come back to my house and wipe up all the many puddles with old towels that he said to get together. I was amazed how he went above and beyond the excellent service i had already received. It is very rare these days!He is im sure one of your most valuable employees. I will definitely spread the word.

I love what perma seal did to my crawl space. I had just exposed concrete walls and gravel floors. My crawl space always smelled wet, dank and a little moldy, i had perma seal come out and encapsulate the whole thing. I can tell you that every single time I go into the crawl space a smile creeps across my face seeing the nice job they did, plus it is ten times easier to get around in there now that i am no longer crawling on rocks. We also had cracks in the foundation and they were handled easly by the perma seal team. I love the work perma seal did and I will always ring there bell. P.S i had my work done more than 10 years ago and it looks as nice as the day i got it done.

Dick was very helpful in providing the quote and answering my questions. He coordinated with me in advance on what time he would arrive. He took time to answer my questions and explain the information.

Christian was prompt. Told me I needed a new sump pump as mine was 10 years old and suggested replacing the ejector pump.

Anthony did a great job of drawing us a picture of our 2 systems, including pumps, batteries, and chargers. He clearly explained all our options for bundling or piece-mealing the prices. He was also cordial and helpful. Great experience!

Alejandro Lopez is an excellent technician, who repaired our problem with our backup pump, which needed drilling of a hole next to the pipe in our backup pump to prevent an air lock in the system. Alex was very courteous, helpful and professional in working with us to solve this problem.
