I have a dirt crawl space. High water table. Had bad experience with other waterproofing company Perma-Seal came in and gave me detailed description on how to correctly do job. From beginning to end, Perma-Seal did EVERYTHING they said they would. Had engineer inspect their work. He was VERY impressed with Perma-Seal. I would recommend Perma-Seal to everybody. Perma-Seal repaired three foundation cracks under the crawl space. The technician that did the actual work was excellent. He was punctual, courteous, polite, kept a clean work space, and very informative.

Christian was prompt and had great communication. Inspected with me and pointed everything out, was quick, courteous and completed all the tests. Recommended a battery replacement, which he then did on the spot, and helped me get set up with the Basement Defender app. Easy, no issues.

The Perm-Seal representative was very knowledgeable and helped solve some long term basement issues that should make a big difference ! He was personable and very helpful.
