From Oren (Sales) to Alejandro Lopez (Technician) I’ve been pleased with the responsiveness, professionally and just overall human connection of these two gentlemen specifically. Talking to them felt natural; they were empathetic and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend Perma-Seal to my network and especially these two. I, in no way, felt I didn’t have complete control over such a large investment and my basement has been moisture-free (from initial issue) ever since.

Dick was very clear in explaining the problem and solution to my house settling. He went through step by step of what needs to be done. He had answers to all my questions. He was very nice and helpful and would recommend him to anyone.

Perfect and crew did a great job. Among other things we had plants were they needed to dig and they put the plants off to the side so I could replant them once they finished.

He is very knowledgeable about the product and addressed concerns of areas required that I did not initially notice as it was not initially visible. My evaluation comes in two parts. First was the visit by Rob Kirincic the Sales Rep. He was courteous, very professional and knowledgeable. He examined the crawl space, explained the process, showed the video and then had to call his boss to validate pricing for the removal of some junk items. Great rep for your company.

On Monday of this week, the team of Daniel, Angel S, and Raul T showed up to start the project. They put down tarps, put on protective clothing and made certain the pathway was clear from the job site to the truck parked in the driveway.. They worked quickly, quietly and very professionally. When finished they cleaned everything, let me examine their work (although I am not qualified to evaluate their work beyond the visual) and then departed. Excellent workmen who are a credit to Perma Seal.

Two gentlemen, Luis and Nick, arrived on time and ready to work. Covered my floor with tarp to protect it as they brought materials in and out. They were both courteous and friendly and let me know it would pretty much be an all day job. Helped move and dispose of a few items left in the crawl. After they had finished, I was asked to check it out. Looked great. Much brighter in there. Very satisfied

Hugo Morales who is a Perma-Seal crew chief was supersonically competent to accomplish this project. The two man team was exactly on time to start the job and they worked continuously and efficiently. Their work effort was efficient and successful.

I got an estimate for a new sump pump system and drain tiles from Mike K. He did a great job explaining everything to me and answering the hundreds of questions I had. He is very knowledgeable about a number of different solutions to keeping our home dry.

Best decision. Professional and pleasant work crew. Had the crawlspace done 30 years ago but what Perma-Seal did last month correctly solved the moisture issues. Perma-Seal is so worth the investment, great resale value.

Pedro and his crew were extremely professional, courteous, punctual and did a wonderful job from start to finish. Took care to protect inside area to prevent damage to floors and surrounding areas while removing and replacing dirt and other materials. Left the areas inside and outside patio free of debris. Definitely will recommend Permaseal and their employees to friends and neighbors.

Avery was very helpful in diagnosing and providing a solution to our sump pump system. He was extremely knowledgeable in explaining what our issue was an how it could be resolved. I highly recommend him and would ask for him to come out again for any additional service that might be needed in the future.

Anthony Modica did an excellent job installing our new Basement Defender system. He’s professional and courteous and takes the time to answer any questions. Anthony was on time and is an expert on the system – Highly recommended !

My wife, Jill (Ellis) and I had our sump pump fail. We called Perma Seal and they sent an associate (Jerimiah) out the say day. He assessed the situation, gave us an estimate and did the repairs. He was very friendly and professional. Jerimiah explained everything that went wrong with the old pumps and what the difference is between the old set up and the new. He talked us through the new app installation and how it works.
Fifteen years ago we had Perma Seal incapsulate our crawl space and was and have been very happy with that project, also.

Nick D came to assess my attic today. I definitely NEED new Insulation. He went through all the steps needed to evaluate what the problem areas were He ran the house heat loss fan on my front doors and WOW I could see all the areas where heat was leaking. I was surprised. Nick explained everything he did so that I understood how much leakage there was (not surprising to me) and then we sat down and went through the remedies to my situation. I asked questions and received detailed answers that I found very helpful to understand. He did a fabulous job of drawing the layout of my house and we went over where affected areas needed to be addressed. When I do have the work done, Nick’s diagram will be very helpful for the workers to understand. Nick was very thorough. I am happy with his evaluation and look forward to having the work completed.
