Antonio replaced the defective dehumidifier unit. To swap the units took only a few minutes. He answered all my questions and confirmed the length of the warranty remaining from the original installation date. Very pleasant experience.

George Heller with Perma-Seal was great to work with. We have mold in the attic and crawlspace and he is going to waterproof and seal the home. Excited to have a dry crawlspace and healthy home again !

Nick Liguras was extremely thorough in his evaluation of the status of our crawl space. He noticed areas of concern and presented options for addressing the concerns. Nick discussed my priorities and how we could plan the job in a way that addressed the most pressing issues while also planning for future work. He was very patient in answering questions and provided a lot of photos and a very specific quote so I knew exactly what needed to happen. He also gave me information regarding special deals and options for how I could budget for repairs. Most importantly, he respected me and was not aggressive or pushy as I considered my options. Sergio and his helper (coincidentally also named Sergio) seemed very diligent in cleaning out as much of the sand in the system as possible, and even suggesting a rather more radical next step to get around the last few roadblocks, which I declined at this time.
There does seem to be a flaw in the way the system was originally installed, with a viewpoint to maintenance (cleanout) in terms of the number of tight right-angle corners in the layout.

Extremely helpful with frozen pipe, and information of services.

I give 5 stars for Victor. He is very professional and answered all of my questions. He was patient as I had a few distractions during the installation process and could bot answer his questions right away. Thank you.

Jake Showed up early and was able to explain and assuage our fears after discovering our underground discharge line had failed. Getting it replaced will give us peace of mind and security that our crawlspace stays dry. 5 Stars!

My technician, Alejandro Lopez, was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. He encouraged me to accompany him while inspecting my property (interior and exterior), answered all my questions, then gave pressure-free recommendations based on his inspections. A+++

The PermaSeal representative that came out today was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a lot of different options for upgrading an existing sump pump. He also performed the maintenance service quickly and efficiently. Great experience!

Shane was always honest with us, in the course of his investigation, step-by-step: It was a confusing situation: the blue transmitter box was giving a false reading: The “WIFI” indicator was green, even though we do not have a WIFI subscription – so it should have been red. The “Active” indicator was red, which was correct, since we do not have a subscription. The “Alert” indicator was red, which was incorrect, since the system was operational, so it should have been green.

(1) Shane swapped-out the blue transmitter box with a new one that was working. The original blue transmitter box was still under warranty (2024). “Alert” indicator is now green, which is correct. The “WIFI” and “Active” indicators are red, which is correct.

(2) In the course of his testing, Shane noticed that the Primary pump was erratic, sometimes working, sometimes not (Intermittent). It had been installed by Perma-Seal in July 2018, so it was nearly 7 years of age and had seen a lot of use in the past few seasons. So Shane recommended replacing it now, instead of waiting for something to happen and being suddenly helpless in an emergency flooding situation. After due consideration, my wife and I both agreed with Shane’s assessment, so we decided to have Shane install the new Zoeller Primary Pump. The Battery Backup Pump is already operational.

Eric, Juan, and Feliciano did a fantastic job today removing old attic insulation and installing baffles, sealing around ducts, light fixtures, and outside wall electric boxes. I am breathing easier now that I have good insulation in my attic. I am pretty sure the insulation they removed was from 1962 the year the house was built.
