Tomas and his partner did an AMAZING job on our basement. They showed up on time, were very detailed and meticulous with the demolition and put back and very professional. Tomas did a great job explaining all the work that needed to be done and how to preserve/maintain the system moving forward. Met with Mike B. and Jack regarding concrete lifting and leveling at two separate residences. This was after receiving two competitive bids in the two days prior.

Hands down, the level of knowledge and detail that Mike B. brought to the table were unparalleled. I am extraordinarily detail oriented and as a result asked hundreds of questions and raised dozens of challenges. Mike rose to the occasion and patiently and thoroughly addressed every one of my concerns.

There were no high pressure sales tactics, and pleasantly, no focus drift to all the other services that Perma-Seal offers. The quotations / proposals provided same-day by Mike were far and away the most comprehensive I received, including site diagrams and itemized work to be performed. Despite heading into the Easter holiday weekend, Mike “burned the midnight oil” and revised the proposals to alleviate any concerns I had, and he and the Team at Perma-Seal were willing to work on pricing to meet comparable bids. I expected a large firm like Perma-Seal to be generally inflexible, but was very pleasantly surprised to be proven wrong in this regard.

Finalization of the contract(s) and scheduling work were also a breeze. I’ve already recommended Mike B. and the Perma-Seal team to a co-worker.

I have working with George Heller twice now on fixing cracks in my crawlspace. Highly recommend very professional and it works!! Appreciate all the hard work and timely appointments.

I called for consultation for some windows that were hard to open and some wall cracks along load bearing beam. We have a gutter drainage problem on one side of the house. I assumed our foundation was maybe sinking. But Nick D, performed a very thorough inspection and determined the foundation. But my issue was due to a slope in the floor above the crawl space. He was very thorough in his presentation in explaining the issues I had and providing solutions to resolve the problem. I will definitely have the work done and if the repair work is as thorough as the service Nick D performed I am sure there will not be any issue.

Aaron Schwartz was very patient with my questions. He showed pictures as he explained the different systems that would fix my problem . Clearly explained the cost of the different systems. He took his time & made me comfortable with my choices. I’m ready for it to get started.

Jon was great! He immediately noted needed improvements for the crawlspace and the foundation around (outside of) the home that I could implement to keep water from deteriorating the foundation. He mentioned, cheaper steps that I could implement as a new home-owner as well as long term projects…that were expensive but necessary. I appreciate the straightforwardness and honesty!

My evaluation comes in two parts. First was the visit by Rob Kirincic the Sales Rep. He was courteous, very professional and knowledgeable. He examined the crawl space, explained the process, showed the video and then had to call his boss to validate pricing for the removal of some junk items. Great rep for your company.

On Monday of this week, the team of Daniel, Angel S, and Raul T showed up to start the project. They put down tarps, put on protective clothing and made certain the pathway was clear from the job site to the truck parked in the driveway.. They worked quickly, quietly and very professionally. When finished they cleaned everything, let me examine their work (although I am not qualified to evaluate their work beyond the visual) and then departed. Excellent workmen who are a credit to Perma Seal.

Two gentlemen, Luis and Nick, arrived on time and ready to work. Covered my floor with tarp to protect it as they brought materials in and out. They were both courteous and friendly and let me know it would pretty much be an all day job. Helped move and dispose of a few items left in the crawl. After they had finished, I was asked to check it out. Looked great. Much brighter in there. Very satisfied

Hugo Morales who is a Perma-Seal crew chief was supersonically competent to accomplish this project. The two man team was exactly on time to start the job and they worked continuously and efficiently. Their work effort was efficient and successful.

I got an estimate for a new sump pump system and drain tiles from Mike K. He did a great job explaining everything to me and answering the hundreds of questions I had. He is very knowledgeable about a number of different solutions to keeping our home dry.

Antonio was out here earlier in February to resolve some issues with water coming into my home, after some diagnostic inspection was done, we discussed our next steps and he was able to get me on the schedule to ensure this problem would not occur again.

Best investment we made in this house was the drainage system and Basement Defender. Was a selling point for this house.
