Alejandro Lopez came out to service my home’s pumps and was respectful and knew what he was doing.

I was getting a notification from my Basement Defender device and gave Perma-Seal a call. Alejandro Lopez came out and found the issue with the battery and replaced it. He was quick and made everything easy.

Jim G was out today. Explained exactly what was going on with my leak and explained how Permaseal can fix it. He was very profession and easy to talk to.

John was terrific! From the very start when he came out to my home to talk about the basement waterproofing needed in my home to the numerous times I called him with follow up questions and concerns after signing the contract for Perma-Seal to do the job. John was always available and reassuring. He took the time with me and explained things very well for me to understand. He never was pushy with me. I want to thank Crew Chief Guillermo for all of his hard work on waterproofing our basement. He and his crew worked very hard over the two days they were here. Guillermo kept me informed of the progress of the work being done. He was patient and gave me his time for me to ask questions and raise any concerns I had along the way. He and his crew were professional in the way they worked. He and his crew were respectful of my property and cleaned up well after finishing their work. My wife and I are now feeling relieved that we will finally have a dry basement! Thank you.

On 4/25/25 we received service from Manual & Jorge to install a new Basement Defender System and flush out current pipe system. We were advised by Manual that this flushing was not needed due to the area we are in and our bill was reduced by $730. We would like to thank Manual and Jorge for the excellent service, and friendly manner in which they took care of our questions and their honesty. We feel that it is necessary to recognize good service and honesty in good employees.

Jim G. came today to identify issues with dampness in my crawl space. He is very pleasant and was very communicative before he arrived, he arrived on time, was very professional and explained in great detail the issues he found. He also explained in detail the cost of repairing the different issues and timing of the repairs.

From Oren (Sales) to Alejandro Lopez (Technician) I’ve been pleased with the responsiveness, professionally and just overall human connection of these two gentlemen specifically. Talking to them felt natural; they were empathetic and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend Perma-Seal to my network and especially these two. I, in no way, felt I didn’t have complete control over such a large investment and my basement has been moisture-free (from initial issue) ever since.
