The joy of moving into my new home was dampened one Sunday night by water flowing into my finished basement. I found Perma-Seal online and the sales rep. was out the following morning to help. Over the next 6 months Rick worked with me tirelessly as we discovered that my foundation had multiple cracks that weren’t disclosed during the sale. Every team that was sent out to repair cracks in my basement was professional and courteous. My basement is now leak free and dry. I would recommend Perma-Seal to anyone who has water problems in their basement.

Perma-Seal did a full perimeter basement drainage system for us along with installing a new sump pump with back-up. All was done in the 2 days allotted by people who knew what they were doing and were able to explain why they did the things they did. We have now gone through some really heavy rains and have been dryer than ever. Each day they were here at the time promised and cleaned up prior to leaving.

This company is one of the most professional entities I have ever dealt with. From the very knowledgeable (yet not pushy) salesman, to the administrative office support, to the workmen, our experience was nothing but pleasant and seamless. Communication was open and consistent, with service reminders calls, a call just before the workmen arrived, and a follow-up call to assess our satisfaction. And the workmanship–excellent!! Everything was handled according to code, with a permit pulled, and the final product passed city inspection with flying colors. We had two foundation cracks filled in my parents’ home and then had Perma-Seal install an entire drain tile system. We’ve dealt with PermaSeal a few times since buying our house 2 years ago. Most of the people we’ve dealt with have been great. Admittedly, one was subpar. And there have been a few hiccups with projects here and there that PermaSeal rectified. But Tyler’s visit the other day was spectacular. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, provided some easy DIY things I could do to help my crawl space, and set my mind at ease about some other things I was worried about. If something comes up again, PermaSeal is my first call. Especially if they hire great folks like Tyler.
