Alejandro Lopez is an excellent technician, who repaired our problem with our backup pump, which needed drilling of a hole next to the pipe in our backup pump to prevent an air lock in the system. Alex was very courteous, helpful and professional in working with us to solve this problem.

I love what perma seal did to my crawl space. I had just exposed concrete walls and gravel floors. My crawl space always smelled wet, dank and a little moldy, i had perma seal come out and encapsulate the whole thing. I can tell you that every single time I go into the crawl space a smile creeps across my face seeing the nice job they did, plus it is ten times easier to get around in there now that i am no longer crawling on rocks. We also had cracks in the foundation and they were handled easly by the perma seal team. I love the work perma seal did and I will always ring there bell. P.S i had my work done more than 10 years ago and it looks as nice as the day i got it done.

The joy of moving into my new home was dampened one Sunday night by water flowing into my finished basement. I found Perma-Seal online and the sales rep. was out the following morning to help. This company is one of the most professional entities I have ever dealt with. From the very knowledgeable (yet not pushy) salesman, to the administrative office support, to the workmen, our experience was nothing but pleasant and seamless. Just had Mark Lemenager perform an annual maintenance check-up on our Perma-Seal system. He noted some issues for us to think about and gave us options to consider for resolving the problem. We was punctual as well as considerate, efficient and orderly in the performance of his work.

Doug was a true professional. He came out and provided me with my annual maintenance. He alerted me the Pump and Backup were the original and could be on borrowed time. There was no pressure to purchase, but I decided to replace the pump and back-up. Doug efficiently replaced all components within the hour and answered all my questions. Several weeks late as I was getting ready to file my bill I did have a question on the itemization. I dreaded making the call because my experience with other companies is once the sale is done its typically Esta La Vista, I definitely had low expectations. To my surprise Doug called me back within 5 minutes and patiently answered my questions on the billing. I was very happy with Doug’s service and follow-up and reaffirms that Perma-Seal is the gold standard for your waterproofing and plumbing needs.

Perfecto and Anthony T. Replaced a sump pump outside our house. They explained all the work did and the warranty information. They were polite and knowledgeable. They also cleaned up impeccably after the work was finished. The work was completed faster than we thought it would be. We have used perm seal before with excellent results. Anthony Modica was the technician for Perma Seal who performed our annual inspection of our Sump Pump and interior drain tile system originally installed by Perma Seal about 12 years ago. Anthony was on time and did a thorough job inspecting our interior sump pump in my crawl space and the exterior drainage and bubbler. Anthony explained the issues he found and suggestions to prevent any issues in the future. He provided a quote for the work while on the job and explained the issues of concern in layman’s terms. We have been very happy with Perma Seal over the years and would recommend them to others. Thanks so much!!!
