Jack Mann did a great job explaining everything that needed to be done and why. I initially was just looking to get my back stoop raised. I had already been told by another company that my front stoop was fine, although I had my doubts. Jack explained the PermaSeal process and why it is superior to another technique commonly referred to as “mudjacking”. I’m glad I went with PermaSeal and feel confident my money has been well spent and look forward to many more years of peace of mind regarding the structural integrity of my home.

I love what perma seal did to my crawl space. I had just exposed concrete walls and gravel floors. My crawl space always smelled wet, dank and a little moldy, i had perma seal come out and encapsulate the whole thing. I can tell you that every single time I go into the crawl space a smile creeps across my face seeing the nice job they did, plus it is ten times easier to get around in there now that i am no longer crawling on rocks. We also had cracks in the foundation and they were handled easly by the perma seal team. I love the work perma seal did and I will always ring there bell. P.S i had my work done more than 10 years ago and it looks as nice as the day i got it done.

This company is one of the most professional entities I have ever dealt with. From the very knowledgeable (yet not pushy) salesman, to the administrative office support, to the workmen, our experience was nothing but pleasant and seamless. Hyper-Jack came over to my house after I called regarding 2 cracks in my foundation in the basement. My ex attempted to fix them by putting some type of cement powder on them. Though it didn’t appear to be leaking any more, I knew that I better get a professional evaluation done. I am so glad that I did!! Jack did a water test by putting water outside of the house where the cracks were. Sure enough, as soon as he put his hose in that area, my basement started filling with water. Dustin Barger performed a very thorough, informative, and well-documented foundation inspection at our request, which began with the outside walls and then ranged from the basement to the upper stories. He brought us along as each of the pieces of information were clearly put together into an overarching diagnosis as to the condition of the foundation, what was wrong, how it was affecting the rest of the house, and what needed to be done to fix it. Gentlemanly, professional, and well-spoken from the start.

Victor is very knowledgeable and professional and did a thorough inspection of our property (including the entire crawl space) looking for potential foundation leaks during a recent service call. My foundation has a wall clapsing inward to the basement. The sales experience was perfect. The sales rep Steve Milazzo arrived, diagnosed the problem, and worked with his team to provide a solution on the spot. I was provided exact pricing for numerous variations of the project. All off this happened in just over an hour. I was very happy.

I recently met with Robert Barscewski for a free estimate from Perma-Seal and was very impressed with his knowledge, and professionalism. He was thorough in gathering information about the issue I was having with a small crack in my foundation, as well as providing me with information about how they will conduct the repair, as well as the other services Perma-Seal offers. Just had Mark Lemenager perform an annual maintenance check-up on our Perma-Seal system. He noted some issues for us to think about and gave us options to consider for resolving the problem. We was punctual as well as considerate, efficient and orderly in the performance of his work.

Doug was a true professional. He came out and provided me with my annual maintenance. He alerted me the Pump and Backup were the original and could be on borrowed time. There was no pressure to purchase, but I decided to replace the pump and back-up. Doug efficiently replaced all components within the hour and answered all my questions. Several weeks late as I was getting ready to file my bill I did have a question on the itemization. I dreaded making the call because my experience with other companies is once the sale is done its typically Esta La Vista, I definitely had low expectations. To my surprise Doug called me back within 5 minutes and patiently answered my questions on the billing. I was very happy with Doug’s service and follow-up and reaffirms that Perma-Seal is the gold standard for your waterproofing and plumbing needs.

Perfecto and Anthony T. Replaced a sump pump outside our house. They explained all the work did and the warranty information. They were polite and knowledgeable. What a great job. My driveway looks so much better. Joaquin and his crew made a piece of art out of something really bad. The first day they came out there were problems with the equipment and they tried real hard to get it going but had to end up coming back but they made it back in 2 days and got the job done. Great communication with me & my wife so we knew what was going on. Joaquin said he treated the job like he was doing his own house and wanted it to be right. Financing was easy & quick too so from start to finish we waited 2 weeks and the job was done & paid for. I will for sure recommend Perma-Seal to anyone looking for work to be done.
