Antonio Garcia did a great job. He called before arriving to ask if he could stop by early. He diagnosed our issue and offered a solution. He was able to get me on the books in a timely manner. He followed up after the appointment asking if I had any more questions- I felt that the follow was beyond what he needed to do and I appreciated the thoughtfulness. 5 stars!

We are very pleased with the purchase of the Basement Defender by Perma Seal. We had a vulnerable spot in our basement, and we felt we needed a reliable backup sump pump system. In the past, Perma Seal did several projects for us, and we were extremely satisfied with all of them, so that’s why we chose Perma Seal again.

First of all, the installation and setup that Geo provided was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product, answered all our questions and doubts, and acted as a total professional in every regard. He was even available for calls and other inquiries we had after the installation – calling back promptly and even stopping by a few days after to check on things and to explain a few more things about the product operation.

Secondly, the technical support that David provided was equally amazing. The day after the installation, we experienced an actual power failure! And being worried about the performance of a brand new pump system, David responded immediately to our call and walked us through the procedure to verify that the backup system was indeed operational. He is another outstanding professional employed by Perma Seal, and we appreciate his compassion to call us back promptly and patiently work us through the steps.

Lastly, the Basement Defender itself seems to be an excellent product. Its built-in redundant pump and backup battery are well designed and very practical. In addition, the ability to test and monitor the dual pump system daily will facilitate diagnosis of problems or prevent problems from happening in the first place. The robust design of this system and technical support that is available by Perma Seal certainly gives us “peace of mind.”

My family and I had the pleasure of working with a great team for the installation of our flood control system. The entire crew was great. Manny, who completed the electrical work, took the time to troubleshoot some issues that came up and communicated with us throughout the process. Gilberto and his team completed the excavation and plumbing side of the job. Gilberto and team were communicative and transparent throughout the process. They even discovered we had been overcharged during the initial contracting process and worked to adjust our overall loan amount. We would glady recommend this team.

I love what perma seal did to my crawl space. I had just exposed concrete walls and gravel floors. My crawl space always smelled wet, dank and a little moldy, i had perma seal come out and encapsulate the whole thing. I can tell you that every single time I go into the crawl space a smile creeps across my face seeing the nice job they did, plus it is ten times easier to get around in there now that i am no longer crawling on rocks. We also had cracks in the foundation and they were handled easly by the perma seal team. I love the work perma seal did and I will always ring there bell. P.S i had my work done more than 10 years ago and it looks as nice as the day i got it done.

The joy of moving into my new home was dampened one Sunday night by water flowing into my finished basement. I found Perma-Seal online and the sales rep. was out the following morning to help. This company is one of the most professional entities I have ever dealt with. From the very knowledgeable (yet not pushy) salesman, to the administrative office support, to the workmen, our experience was nothing but pleasant and seamless. Hyper-Jack came over to my house after I called regarding 2 cracks in my foundation in the basement. My ex attempted to fix them by putting some type of cement powder on them. Though it didn’t appear to be leaking any more, I knew that I better get a professional evaluation done. I am so glad that I did!! Jack did a water test by putting water outside of the house where the cracks were. Sure enough, as soon as he put his hose in that area, my basement started filling with water. He guided me through the process of how to resolve this issue, without breaking the bank. As a new single mother, this really meant a lot. Dustin Barger performed a very thorough, informative, and well-documented foundation inspection at our request, which began with the outside walls and then ranged from the basement to the upper stories. He brought us along as each of the pieces of information were clearly put together into an overarching diagnosis as to the condition of the foundation, what was wrong, how it was affecting the rest of the house, and what needed to be done to fix it. Gentlemanly, professional, and well-spoken from the start.

Victor is very knowledgeable and professional and did a thorough inspection of our property (including the entire crawl space) looking for potential foundation leaks during a recent service call. He clearly has a lot of experience in this field and was able to clearly explain all the drainage system options to my wife and me. I highly recommend him.

I highly recommend PermaSeal for any foundation problems, including basement leaks. I am now using this company for the second time to take care of a leak totally unrelated to previous work. The staff is courteous and friendly. Workmanship is professional and clean. I especially would like to acknowledge Jorge Paredes for his help with determining the best remedy for the problem. My foundation has a wall clapsing inward to the basement. The sales experience was perfect. The sales rep Steve Milazzo arrived, diagnosed the problem, and worked with his team to provide a solution on the spot. I was provided exact pricing for numerous variations of the project. All off this happened in just over an hour. I was very happy.

I recently met with Robert Barscewski for a free estimate from Perma-Seal and was very impressed with his knowledge, and professionalism. He was thorough in gathering information about the issue I was having with a small crack in my foundation, as well as providing me with information about how they will conduct the repair, as well as the other services Perma-Seal offers. While I don’t need those other services at the moment, it’s good to know more about what they can offer. I look forward to having the work completed and not worrying about it anymore, and should something happen, having a lifetime warranty is great.

Perfecto and Anthony T. Replaced a sump pump outside our house. They explained all the work did and the warranty information. They were polite and knowledgeable. They also cleaned up impeccably after the work was finished. The work was completed faster than we thought it would be. We have used perm seal before with excellent results. Rich Betts did a thorough inspection of my sump pump system and explained some of the features of the newer models. He also did a thorough inspection of the crawl space for cracks and, at my request, also looked for possible entry ways into the crawl space for mice of which I occasionally have had problems with. He discovered three cracks that he identified as needing attention and also a possible entry where mice might be getting in. Rich was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure dealing with Rich.

Dave C was engaging and easy to talk to. He walked me through reasons why we’re seeing the seepage/leakage we’re seeing, what Perma-seal would do to solve this issue (including products used), what maintenance would be required, told me about the fantastic life-time internal structure guarantee on their seal, and worked with me on the affordable pricing and payment plan. Christian did great found the problem and corrected it

Anthony Modica was the technician for Perma Seal who performed our annual inspection of our Sump Pump and interior drain tile system originally installed by Perma Seal about 12 years ago. Anthony was on time and did a thorough job inspecting our interior sump pump in my crawl space and the exterior drainage and bubbler. Anthony explained the issues he found and suggestions to prevent any issues in the future. He provided a quote for the work while on the job and explained the issues of concern in layman’s terms. We have been very happy with Perma Seal over the years and would recommend them to others. Thanks so much!!!
