Talked to Permaseal just after 8AM 5/30/2025. Around noon Gus and Johnny were here to replace what I thought was an ejector pump. Once they looked it turned out to be a sump pump. They explained the difference and why. (turns out because it only drains the washer it did not need to be a full ejector). The explained how that would reduce the price and proceeded to do a reasonably quick and efficient job and by 3PM I was washing clothes again. These 2 men were good and explained a number of things as they worked. Permaseal is 1 of 2 home service vendors I know I can trust and these 2 men are part of the reason.

I like having Anthony in the house! He is very respectable and knows his stuff. He makes a customer feel very involved in the process of the inspection

Jim G was out today. He explained about wall liner and the battery back up system with defender. He was very professional and easy to talk to.

Antonio replaced the defective dehumidifier unit. To swap the units took only a few minutes. He answered all my questions and confirmed the length of the warranty remaining from the original installation date. Very pleasant experience.

Colin K was here today to perform the service. He was very professional and thoroughly explained his report. He also took the initiative to review several cracks in the foundation and offer suggestions on solutions.
He also addressed a WiFi connection issue that we were having with the Defender monitoring.
We were very impressed with him and appreciated that level of service.

We just moved into a house that needed a lot of work done. One of the major projects that we need to tackle is the basement and the foundation crack/sump pump/ and overall getting the basement up to par and in working order. Mike Tigges came out today to provide a quote/consultation and he did an awesome job. We had another appointment scheduled for a competitor later this month and I ended up just cancelling it. He took care of everything! Looking forward to finally checking this project off our huge project list.

Mariano M. arrived on time, listened carefully to my concerns, made the replacements quickly and completed all of the repairs within 3 hours. I was very impressed with his kind manner and helpfulness. The sumps are functioning well and the window well cover looks great. Thank you Mariano!

Our plan was to compare two companies and decide which would best meet our needs. After back to back appointments we immediately decided to go with Perma-Seal. Mr.John Fergusons presentation was absolutely awesome! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and he thoroughly answered all of our questions.In addition to Johns verbal presentation he also provided a very detailed video which was fantastic. Customers want to know what theyre paying for, and the video cleared showed how the work would be done in a step by step format. John please keep up the good work!!!

Duane came out to look into a wall crack below the garage. He worked diligently visiting several parts of the house. After further analysis it was concluded that there was no structural damage to the foundation. I very much appreciate the honesty and professionalism of Duane.

Austin, who came out and gave me the original evaluation and what needed to be done, and Josue Perfecto Saul, who repaired my structural foundation problem and crack in the basement wall – all were polite, professional, knowledgeable and very considerate of what needed to be done. The problem was taken care of in a timely fashion and they left the work area, inside and out, cleaned up with everything put back to its original place.

Romy Shaheen was our Preventative Maintenance Technician. He came to Mom’s house, assessed the issues and came up with solutions. Romy explained what needed to be done in clear language that Mom and I understood, and answered every one of our many questions. Romy used illustrations and even brought in a special pipe that was needed, so Mom could see what it looked like. He was thorough, patient and kind. Romy had solutions to raise the foundation in one room, fix the water problem outside the house, and repair the porch and patio. We felt so comforted that things will get back to normal, Mom hired PermaSeal before he left. Romy is an impressive, intelligent representative of your company, an we are thankful to have had him as our technician.

Paul came to our home to give us an estimate on a crack in the foundation and for window well covers. Paul was extremely polite, professional and personable. He provided us great feedback on repairs that were needed and a quote that was very reasonable. We look forward to finalizing our project with Perma-Seal and Paul.

John Ferguson came to the house asked lotts of questions and looked at the issues I described and was very informative of the work I needed to correct these issues. He explained the procedures very well and answered all the questions I had. I’m pretty confident Perma Seal will be the solution I was searching for as they are the only company that offered a lifetime warranty on the foundation work being repaired on my home.

Scheduled routine maintenance call for liners and pumps in both crawlspaces and the replacement filter in dehumidifier. Miguel Guerrero came out and was excellent in taking care of everything and explaining about what he did and he was even able to fit through the small opening to our second crawl space! Excellent work and product and would recommend your company.

We recently worked with Dick Forcone to get a new Sump Pump and backup system. Dick was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and very thorough with how the Sump pump system worked. Thoroughly explained the installation process and benefits. Dan Weber did the installation. Dan was very professional during the installation which he did in a timely and efficient matter. We have been very pleased with Perma-Seal starting from the initial visit to the installation. I would highly recommend this company.

I had Eric come out last week for a free estimate about the water/sump pump continuously running in my basement and I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE!!!! Eric was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in diagnosing the cause of my water concerns. He called me directly to confirm his arrival time that day, showed up on time, and honestly couldn’t have been more helpful. As it turned out- I did not have the water problem I thought I did, and did not need to schedule service, but you can believe that I will be calling Permaseal AND ERIC (!) next time I do! Thank you for running such a professional and compassionate operation.

Gene showed up promptly for our annual inspection maintenance. He notice that the pumps were too close together and the PVC from the pump area was crooked. He straightened everything out, and the pump is quieter and working nicely. He was professional and courteous, and did an efficient job. Highly recommended.

Sump pump quit working. Replaced under warranty. Matt said a separate circuit world be advisable. Put a new box in, ran conduit across entire basement to pump. Matt did a fantastic job and I wouldn’t hesitate to call again for any problem in the future.

I had major seepage problems, the crew that came and did the work were excellent. They jackhammered my basement floor and installed a new sump pump basin and sump pump and installed a French drain beneath my foundation. They kept the mess to minimal and worked very hard. I also had 2 minor problems after the work and Permaseal did come back and address them both. My problem is with the salesperson, Jim A. he was very responsive until I signed on the dotted line. I am still waiting to get a paid copy of my invoice and when I signed off on the job at the end of the day the crew chief said that they would come back in spring to finish the outside because my work was being done in the middle of January, sounded fine with me. Now nobody seems be able to verify this and are saying that it is an extra charge, really? I was sold a complete project from start to finish per Jim. Now I can’t even get him to respond. In addition, he gave me poor information on two points of my basement project that could have been major problems if the Permaseal crews had not corrected his direction.

Sean was informative. The videos where very good. The booklet we got in mail was very informative.

After the gas company changed pipes on my property, several sections of my sidewalk were not level. Since they are on not the city’s property, they were
not fixed. Cecil Payne came when I called for an estimate. He was friendly and did the measuring on the sections of sidewalk that needed work. He was
most informative and explained what needed to be done. Pictures on his laptop indicated the different options that I had for addressing the problem. I
decided to have the work done, and he was able to schedule a date next month. His professionalism leads me to believe that the work will be done
properly and reflects well on your company.
