I had a consultation with John Ferguson today. Exceptional agent, very precise and well aware of what works need to be done to repair cracks in basement. Alone with how to restructure and re-anchor foundational wall in my basement. All in a effort to stop leaking and flooding problems occurring in my basement. Jason was here to fix a leak a week after a previous visit failed to stop a leak. He was on time, polite, quick and did quality work to fix the leaks. He was happy to explain and review his work when complete.
