Jim G came out today for an inspection. He performed a hose test to verify where the leak was coming from. We got water when he moved the hose to the window well. Very thorough job and looking forward to having the work done by PermaSeal on the 23rd!

Nicholas Liguras original appointment and consultation time was between 2-4pm. He called and asked if he could come earlier. That was a plus for me, he came in a timely manner, I showed him my basement and the problem areas. Throughout Nick was more than exceptional in his approach, time management, explaining services, products and options available to me. He was also very polite and knowledgeable about the company and products and his customer service he provided to me was phenomenal.

Antonio was here today to check on my Sedona Air system that was not working. He did a hard reset but the unit stopped again after only a few minutes with the same error message, so he replaced the unit with a new one.

Antonio was very friendly and took time to explain the unit set up, how to replace the filter plus he checked on another issue I have with the exterior sump pump line.

Really good experience today with Antonio!

Overall, perma seal not bad.
Service techs do a good job of scaring you into buying or upgrading equipment and service. Not Antonio. I’m Talking about previous techs.
Prices are a little high.
Survey is very vague. It relies on testimonial to measure satisfaction. And that’s not a scientific way to record data.
Again Perma Seal is Ok over all.

Antonio performed our annual sump-pump maintenance service on 11/24/23. He was very cordial and answered all of my questions. He was thorough in keeping me informed on everything he did during his visit. He performed all the services included in the annual check-up, including the outside inspection. He did inform me of various options available to improve my setup, but was not pushy at all, which I really appreciated. He is an excellent rep for your Company. Thank you Antonio!

Joe Semany spent at least two and a half hours troubleshooting a problem I was having with my Basement Defender. He solved the problem and also installed a dehumidifier. I couldn’t be more pleased. He was very personable and easy to work with and I would be happy to have him back again, hopefully just for routine maintenance next time. Thanks for all of your help Joe!
