Alex did a great job. Knew immediately what was malfunctioning and corrected it. Because of its advanced age, he suggested that we replace the backup pump. We’re thinking about it. Great stuff.

Antonio was here today to check on my Sedona Air system that was not working. He did a hard reset but the unit stopped again after only a few minutes with the same error message, so he replaced the unit with a new one.

Antonio was very friendly and took time to explain the unit set up, how to replace the filter plus he checked on another issue I have with the exterior sump pump line.

Jake was great. He explained everything in detail (learned about sump pumps today) what was happening to my pump and what was needed to fix it. At no point did I feel that I was under pressure to make a decision and he was nice enough to go through everything again over the phone with my husband who was at work.

Perma Seal gets 4 stars.
Overall, perma seal not bad.
Service techs do a good job of scaring you into buying or upgrading equipment and service. Not Antonio. I’m Talking about previous techs.
Prices are a little high.
Survey is very vague. It relies on testimonial to measure satisfaction. And that’s not a scientific way to record data.
Again Perma Seal is Ok over all.

I had a consultation with John Ferguson today. Exceptional agent, very precise and well aware of what works need to be done to repair cracks in basement. Alone with how to restructure and re-anchor foundational wall in my basement. All in a effort to stop leaking and flooding problems occurring in my basement. Joe Semany spent at least two and a half hours troubleshooting a problem I was having with my Basement Defender. He solved the problem and also installed a dehumidifier. I couldn’t be more pleased. He was very personable and easy to work with and I would be happy to have him back again, hopefully just for routine maintenance next time. Thanks for all of your help Joe!
