Jim G came out today for a review. Jim provided a thorough explanation of permaseal process. He explained issues noted and remediation. I do plan on contacting permaseal when ready.

I called after my basement flooded and they were able to fit me into their schedule that day. Henry H came over and was able to diagnose the problem and explain the solution thoroughly! Nick provided comprehensive background about how a back up sump pump would meet our needs. Ramon installed the back up sump pump. He kept me informed about what he would do, how the system works, and advised me well on what next steps to take for setting up the Basement Defender. Overall, they both provided a great service.

The team of Perma-Seal employees who oversaw and completed this project were impressive from start to finish. After visiting my home they explained in great detail what had to be done to prevent water and sewer backups from heavy storms. The staff scheduled and kept all appointments needed to plan the actual work, started it on the promised date and finished the many steps involved in the scheduled three days. And the company provides post project services when needed. I look forward to flood free days.
