The Perma-Seal rep, Alejandro Lopez arrived on time with a smile! He did a thorough inspection of the exterior of my home and the interior floors. He took photographs of the damaged areas and discussed potential solutions. He was able to provide me with a quote before he left my home. I was extremely satisfied with his professionalism, expertise and his custom relations skills.

Alejandro Lopez was great! He communicated his arrival time, was prompt, reviewed our concerns and proposed remedies. He was a pleasure to work with and got our “fix” scheduled for the next day!

Anthony Modica came out today for a routine inspection. We liked that he knew the history of the work that was done prior to his visit. He also inspected our pumps to make sure we would have no worries during the rainy season

Mariano was our technician. He came early, carefully explained the new system and cleaned up the sump pump area after installation. He patiently answered our questions.

Nicholas Liguras was very professional and also very patient as he examined the basement and showed and explained the problem of the leakage. He explained the reason for the leakage and possible ways to repair it. He patiently explained the options with pictures and drawings to show what was necessary to the long term solution and not a quick temporary solution. He answered all of my questions and concerns very professionally. Unfortunately I was not able to afford the cost of the permanent repair. In spite of this, he continued to be polite and professional as I apologized for wasting his time. He assured me I was not wasting time but had a right to ask questions. I’m sorry I could not afford the cost of the work, but Nicholas was a professional from beginning to end of his visit.
If five stars represent the best, I give Nicholas five stars.

Had some seepage in my basement. Nicholas Liguras came out to find the source of my problem. He was punctual, respectful, and knowledgeable. Nicholas was very thorough in his investigation. Turned out it wasn’t a foundation issue and didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t need.

This is our second project with Perma-Seal. The first experience was excellent so we asked for them to complete three new projects. Our estimated, Dick, was very knowledgeable and well prepared to evaluate our project and quote a solution. We are very pleased with Perma-Seal.

Keegan is a great technician with a great personality. He is also a great salesman. He answered all my questions fully in a way I could understand clearly. He got me set up with a new pump and new backup system and walked me through the registration for the basement defender system. All around outstanding performance.

Sam did an amazing job. We had a bit more complicated of a situation that originally expected when we made the call and Sam worked through all our issues and got everything fixed and up and running. He was thorough and respectful of our home. I would highly recommend.

Alejandro Lopez is an excellent technician, who repaired our problem with our backup pump, which needed drilling of a hole next to the pipe in our backup pump to prevent an air lock in the system. Alex was very courteous, helpful and professional in working with us to solve this problem.
