Today’s visit was incredibly professional and helpful. After several other contractors looking at the problem and not being able to properly diagnose the problem I feel confident that this should do it since what was happening was explained to me each step of the way. I love what perma seal did to my crawl space. I had just exposed concrete walls and gravel floors. My crawl space always smelled wet, dank and a little moldy, i had perma seal come out and encapsulate the whole thing. I can tell you that every single time I go into the crawl space a smile creeps across my face seeing the nice job they did, plus it is ten times easier to get around in there now that i am no longer crawling on rocks. We also had cracks in the foundation and they were handled easly by the perma seal team. I love the work perma seal did and I will always ring there bell. P.S i had my work done more than 10 years ago and it looks as nice as the day i got it done.

The joy of moving into my new home was dampened one Sunday night by water flowing into my finished basement. I found Perma-Seal online and the sales rep. was out the following morning to help. This company is one of the most professional entities I have ever dealt with. From the very knowledgeable (yet not pushy) salesman, to the administrative office support, to the workmen, our experience was nothing but pleasant and seamless. My foundation has a wall clapsing inward to the basement. The sales experience was perfect. The sales rep Steve Milazzo arrived, diagnosed the problem, and worked with his team to provide a solution on the spot. I was provided exact pricing for numerous variations of the project. All off this happened in just over an hour. I was very happy.

I recently met with Robert Barscewski for a free estimate from Perma-Seal and was very impressed with his knowledge, and professionalism. He was thorough in gathering information about the issue I was having with a small crack in my foundation, as well as providing me with information about how they will conduct the repair, as well as the other services Perma-Seal offers. While I don’t need those other services at the moment, it’s good to know more about what they can offer. Just had Mark Lemenager perform an annual maintenance check-up on our Perma-Seal system. He noted some issues for us to think about and gave us options to consider for resolving the problem. We was punctual as well as considerate, efficient and orderly in the performance of his work.

Doug was a true professional. He came out and provided me with my annual maintenance. He alerted me the Pump and Backup were the original and could be on borrowed time. There was no pressure to purchase, but I decided to replace the pump and back-up. Doug efficiently replaced all components within the hour and answered all my questions. Several weeks late as I was getting ready to file my bill I did have a question on the itemization. I dreaded making the call because my experience with other companies is once the sale is done its typically Esta La Vista, I definitely had low expectations. To my surprise Doug called me back within 5 minutes and patiently answered my questions on the billing. I was very happy with Doug’s service and follow-up and reaffirms that Perma-Seal is the gold standard for your waterproofing and plumbing needs.

We’ve dealt with PermaSeal a few times since buying our house 2 years ago. Most of the people we’ve dealt with have been great. Admittedly, one was subpar. And there have been a few hiccups with projects here and there that PermaSeal rectified. But Tyler’s visit the other day was spectacular. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, provided some easy DIY things I could do to help my crawl space, and set my mind at ease about some other things I was worried about. If something comes up again, PermaSeal is my first call. Especially if they hire great folks like Tyler.
