The Perma-Seal rep, Alejandro Lopez arrived on time with a smile! He did a thorough inspection of the exterior of my home and the interior floors. He took photographs of the damaged areas and discussed potential solutions. He was able to provide me with a quote before he left my home. I was extremely satisfied with his professionalism, expertise and his custom relations skills.

Tyler came out to look at an old sump pump that wasn’t working correctly. He took a look and he told us the system was 17 years old. (Permaseal) We tried to buy a new battery which wasn’t working the best. So we needed to update what we currently had. Tyler was very knowledgeable about permaseal products and talked to us about updating our current system. We have two sump pumps so we decided to update both units. Tyler got to work. Had the parts on the truck and didn’t have to come back to install. He installed both units fairly quickly. Cleaned up and left the area in the way he found it. Went over the basement defender app and he was out the door. What a nice guy!!! I would recommend Permaseal/Tyler to anybody that needs your services!! 5 out of 5 Stars!!!

Mike T came out today and he was very nice, sociable, and explained things very clear to me. He was patient when asked the same thing over and over and handled our needs and diagnosed our problem swiftly. I will leave another review once the work is completed but as of now we feel we made the correct choice.

Permaseal wisdom in hiring Sales Consultant. Walter was great decision. .He is very informative and detained about state of basement water intrusion . And is assessment and pricing options were direct and fair . Moreover Walter was complete in his presentation and left our
trust that Permaseal was our solution . not a surprise to us as my late Father Joe always mentioned his trust in permaseal and we see why he trusted permaseal .

Keegan is a great technician with a great personality. He is also a great salesman. He answered all my questions fully in a way I could understand clearly. He got me set up with a new pump and new backup system and walked me through the registration for the basement defender system. All around outstanding performance.

Just had poly lifting job completed and couldn’t be happier from start to finish. Javier and Louis did an excellent job. Looks great. Left job so clean you would never know anyone was here other than the fact I’m walking on level ground now and my new steps look fantastic with bottom step up to code. Also, thanks to Perma Seal for moving dates to accommodate our project. Job well done Perma-Seal !!

Sean is a very polite and thorough salesman. I was pleasantly surprised at the price of the services, and the great presentation from Sean. his social skills are definitely a plus. Very cool Jersey boy.

Shane was always honest with us, in the course of his investigation, step-by-step: It was a confusing situation: the blue transmitter box was giving a false reading: The “WIFI” indicator was green, even though we do not have a WIFI subscription – so it should have been red. The “Active” indicator was red, which was correct, since we do not have a subscription. The “Alert” indicator was red, which was incorrect, since the system was operational, so it should have been green.

(1) Shane swapped-out the blue transmitter box with a new one that was working. The original blue transmitter box was still under warranty (2024). “Alert” indicator is now green, which is correct. The “WIFI” and “Active” indicators are red, which is correct.

(2) In the course of his testing, Shane noticed that the Primary pump was erratic, sometimes working, sometimes not (Intermittent). It had been installed by Perma-Seal in July 2018, so it was nearly 7 years of age and had seen a lot of use in the past few seasons. So Shane recommended replacing it now, instead of waiting for something to happen and being suddenly helpless in an emergency flooding situation. After due consideration, my wife and I both agreed with Shane’s assessment, so we decided to have Shane install the new Zoeller Primary Pump. The Battery Backup Pump is already operational.

Antonio was very thorough. He explained exactly what he was doing which made feel very comfortable. He did a great job and he also has good customer service skills

Christian was great. He let me know it was time to change my battery. And it is time to replace my ejector pump. I will keep this in mind.
