They did a fantastic job from Nick walking us through the whole process and ensuring we were getting what we wanted to the insulation and flooring crews who couldn’t have been more accommodating, kept the working area clean, and managed in spite of cold weather. The next week, our weather plunged into a critical deep freeze, and could we feel the difference!!! No drafty areas and no icicles outside on the downspouts. Thank you! Thank you! Perma-Seal recently installed their waterguard system around the perimeter of my basement and a sump pump. It was a big investment, but Perma-Seal’s warranties on their work and excellent customer service helped put me at ease with my decision. Everything went smoothly with the installment which took two days. Feliciano, Raul, and Sergio had to break up the concrete around the perimeter of my basement and remove it all, which was no small task. They left everything in good order. Feliciano took the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. I have also used Perma-Seal to encapsulate my crawlspace and apply Perma-Foam around the rim joist area. I would highly recommend their services.

Brett Meeker was excellent. He patiently spent the time to explain the process and gave us options for certain areas that were problematic. We explained to him that our previous experience with Perma-Seal in having inside drain tile installed, along with the clear explanation he gave about the current technology involved for concrete raising, were keys to proceeding with the project. We set a date for having the work done and paid a down payment. He knows his business.

Once again we received great service from PermaSeal. Our tech Alejandro Lopez did a great job at explaining the results and next steps to take after the scheduled maintenance inspection. He was very courteous and friendly.

Perma Seal waterproofed our basement 3 years ago and it was the best thing we ever did as our basement has been dry ever since. Their service department is wonderful and their technicians as well. Specifically, we had Alejandro Lopez service our dehumidifier and he was excellent…courteous, very informative, took his time to explain everything.
