Brett Meeker was excellent. He patiently spent the time to explain the process and gave us options for certain areas that were problematic. We explained to him that our previous experience with Perma-Seal in having inside drain tile installed, along with the clear explanation he gave about the current technology involved for concrete raising, were keys to proceeding with the project. We set a date for having the work done and paid a down payment. He knows his business.

I was have a hard day in general and almost wanted to cancel my appointment but knew I needed to have a maintenance check, I was not disappointed.
