Alejandro Lopez (Alex) quickly responded to our emergency call for help with our basement flooding. Our sump pump stopped pumping.
Alex came prepared to replace our sump pump, upgrade our warning device, and replace our battery.
Alex was professional, courteous, and efficient. He took the time to answer all of our questions.
He also returned the next day to adjust the setting of the sump pump.
Alejandro is an excellent representative for PermaSeal.

Jake was our technician and he was fabulous. A really nice guy and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and did the new pump install and clean up very efficiently. Highly recommend him and will for sure ask for him if any further work is needed. A+ for Jake!

Alejandro Lopez is to be commended for his professionalism and integrity. We called Permaseal due to some messages we received from our Basement Defender. Alejandro tested the pumps and explained what the messages meant. We didn’t need to replace anything just yet, but when we do, Permaseal will continue to be our one and only call.

Tyler came out to look at an old sump pump that wasn’t working correctly. He took a look and he told us the system was 17 years old. (Permaseal) We tried to buy a new battery which wasn’t working the best. So we needed to update what we currently had. Tyler was very knowledgeable about permaseal products and talked to us about updating our current system. We have two sump pumps so we decided to update both units. Tyler got to work. Had the parts on the truck and didn’t have to come back to install. He installed both units fairly quickly. Cleaned up and left the area in the way he found it. Went over the basement defender app and he was out the door. What a nice guy!!! I would recommend Permaseal/Tyler to anybody that needs your services!! 5 out of 5 Stars!!!

Mike T came out today and he was very nice, sociable, and explained things very clear to me. He was patient when asked the same thing over and over and handled our needs and diagnosed our problem swiftly. I will leave another review once the work is completed but as of now we feel we made the correct choice.

Permaseal wisdom in hiring Sales Consultant. Walter was great decision. .He is very informative and detained about state of basement water intrusion . And is assessment and pricing options were direct and fair . Moreover Walter was complete in his presentation and left our
trust that Permaseal was our solution . not a surprise to us as my late Father Joe always mentioned his trust in permaseal and we see why he trusted permaseal .

Mariano was our technician. He came early, carefully explained the new system and cleaned up the sump pump area after installation. He patiently answered our questions.

Nicholas Liguras was very professional and also very patient as he examined the basement and showed and explained the problem of the leakage. He explained the reason for the leakage and possible ways to repair it. He patiently explained the options with pictures and drawings to show what was necessary to the long term solution and not a quick temporary solution. He answered all of my questions and concerns very professionally. Unfortunately I was not able to afford the cost of the permanent repair. In spite of this, he continued to be polite and professional as I apologized for wasting his time. He assured me I was not wasting time but had a right to ask questions. I’m sorry I could not afford the cost of the work, but Nicholas was a professional from beginning to end of his visit.
If five stars represent the best, I give Nicholas five stars.

Dick Farcone visited our home today to provide an estimate on a foundation repair under our sunroom. He was on-time, very courteous and gave us a very detailed explanation as to the process and timing for the repair. Could not have been more happy with his service.

Keegan is a great technician with a great personality. He is also a great salesman. He answered all my questions fully in a way I could understand clearly. He got me set up with a new pump and new backup system and walked me through the registration for the basement defender system. All around outstanding performance.

Sam did an amazing job. We had a bit more complicated of a situation that originally expected when we made the call and Sam worked through all our issues and got everything fixed and up and running. He was thorough and respectful of our home. I would highly recommend.

Christian was able to get to us early. Told us our pump was 12 years old and needed to be replaced. He then got it done in about 15 minutes, very efficient.
