Talking to them felt natural; they were empathetic and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend Perma-Seal to my network and especially these two. I, in no way, felt I didn’t have complete control over such a large investment and my basement has been moisture-free (from initial issue) ever since.

I waited to right a review until after we had a few heavy rains. The work that Hugo and his team did was excellent. They scheduled the repair quickly and worked throughout the day. They were professional and explained everything to me. We have not had any leaks since they worked on our home.

I had work that needed to be done regarding cracks and waterproofing in the basement, and PermaSeal provided a comprehensive solution. The consultant (Don) was very attentive and communicative. They sent a great crew, led by Perfecto. The job was finished on time and within the estimated price.

Jim G was out today to inspect a leak I experienced last week. He performed a hose test and determined the issue. He presented a video that explained the issues with my home. Very professional.

Overall great service. Additional service was not quoted and added on during the process, but they gave me a discount. The floor was left a little dirty, but mostly everything was cleaned up nicely. Service crew was very professional and good a great job. Thank you

Jake was great. He explained everything in detail (learned about sump pumps today) what was happening to my pump and what was needed to fix it. At no point did I feel that I was under pressure to make a decision and he was nice enough to go through everything again over the phone with my husband who was at work.

Anthony and Nile came out to the home to check on the Sump Pump. They were able to detect a problem with the back up battery and did a replacement as promised in the warranty. They were both very knowledgeable and polite. They made the work and inspection easy to follow.

christian was prompt and called when he had to stop at a job on his way here. he replaced the pump and left the house in the same condition as he found it. a very pleasant person/employee.

Tyler Made My day, He is a Great Asset to perma-seal He called and let me know he would be arriving in about 25 mins and was there on time. I let him know my husband would be there and he asked for a name. Tyler let us know what the issue was, what our options where, what we needed to do NOW and what could be done later. Tom arrived promptly, was very curteous, and answered all my questions. He showed me a video of how concrete slabs are lifted which was very helpful. He provided a detailed quote with two options. I was very satisfied with his presentation and will be making a decision about proceeding within the next thirty days
