Perfecto and his crew were considerate when working on my crawl space. They wore covers on their shoes and put a tarp on their path to keep my house clean. They worked hard to be done by the time I had to leave.

Armando was efficient and kept me up to date on his progress.

Alejandro Lopez was very friendly and thorough. He checked the sump pump and cleaned the basin. He was able to leave me with a packet of information in the event that I sell the house so the new owners know that they will not have any water issues in their basement.

Nicholas Liguras original appointment and consultation time was between 2-4pm. He called and asked if he could come earlier. That was a plus for me, he came in a timely manner, I showed him my basement and the problem areas. Throughout Nick was more than exceptional in his approach, time management, explaining services, products and options available to me. He was also very polite and knowledgeable about the company and products and his customer service he provided to me was phenomenal.

Keegan is a great technician with a great personality. He is also a great salesman. He answered all my questions fully in a way I could understand clearly. He got me set up with a new pump and new backup system and walked me through the registration for the basement defender system. All around outstanding performance.

Sam did an amazing job. We had a bit more complicated of a situation that originally expected when we made the call and Sam worked through all our issues and got everything fixed and up and running. He was thorough and respectful of our home. I would highly recommend.
