Austin Keen was on-time, professional and very easy to work with. He explained everything in easy to understand detail. The installation of my Basement Defender back-up pump was fast and clean. Austin made setting up my cell phone connection very easy and now I feel secure and worry free!

He also gave me wonderful advice about the area in my backyard where the Permaseal ‘bubbler’ deposits the water from my foundation.

Alejandro Lopez is an excellent technician, who repaired our problem with our backup pump, which needed drilling of a hole next to the pipe in our backup pump to prevent an air lock in the system. Alex was very courteous, helpful and professional in working with us to solve this problem.
