Anthony Modica was fantanstic! He was very patient, and explains everything very well. He took the time to make sure when he installed our sump pumps, to make sure that it was working perfectly and ran water into the pit to simulate a hard rain

I have working with George Heller twice now on fixing cracks in my crawlspace. Highly recommend very professional and it works!! Appreciate all the hard work and timely appointments.

I called for consultation for some windows that were hard to open and some wall cracks along load bearing beam. We have a gutter drainage problem on one side of the house. I assumed our foundation was maybe sinking. But Nick D, performed a very thorough inspection and determined the foundation. But my issue was due to a slope in the floor above the crawl space. He was very thorough in his presentation in explaining the issues I had and providing solutions to resolve the problem. I will definitely have the work done and if the repair work is as thorough as the service Nick D performed I am sure there will not be any issue.

I have a dirt crawl space. High water table. Had bad experience with other waterproofing company Perma-Seal came in and gave me detailed description on how to correctly do job. Duane and Roberto from Perma-Seal were given a perfect report card from our customer, Tom G. They completed a 1300 square foot crawl space encapsulation project.

I thought that my problem would take two days to complete. But no these guys rocked it out in one long day. These guys had to go through my house to get to the crawl space, which is in my bedroom closet. With tarps down covering every inch of carpet these guys hauled bucket after bucket out the front door. Then back in with the gravel. These buckets were very heavy. They were so conscious about my tv and another wooden chest. Not one scratch or ding. I could have not had a better crew than these guys. I really hope that they get full recognition for a super job.

In addition, he stopped by on the morning of the installation to review the scope and schedule with me and the installation team.The installation team arrived on time and with all of the materials they needed. We were both very satisfied with Robert Barscewski, the consultant who came out to figure out why we had some water in our crawl space. The source of the problem was our water pump, it had something stuck near the pump that was preventing it from working. Manny did a great job today installing a new sump pump. He was quick and efficient and very polite. It was a pleasure working with him.

Tyler came out to look at an old sump pump that wasn’t working correctly. He took a look and he told us the system was 17 years old. (Permaseal) We tried to buy a new battery which wasn’t working the best. So we needed to update what we currently had. Tyler was very knowledgeable about permaseal products and talked to us about updating our current system. We have two sump pumps so we decided to update both units. Tyler got to work. Had the parts on the truck and didn’t have to come back to install. He installed both units fairly quickly. Cleaned up and left the area in the way he found it. Went over the basement defender app and he was out the door. What a nice guy!!! I would recommend Permaseal/Tyler to anybody that needs your services!! 5 out of 5 Stars!!!

Aurellio and Eric came to my house today to perform maintenance work. They were AMAZING. There noticed my sump pump wasn’t making a different noise and quickly diagnosed the problem. My pipes were full of iron ochre, completely clogging the system. They were able to efficiently replace all the old clogged pvc piping and got my sump pump system up and running again. I know they had other jobs, but mine was high priority and they didn’t leave u til the job was done. Furthermore, after looking at my old sump pumps, I decided to go ahead and proactively get new ones. They were helpful, didn’t try to upsell me, and cleaned up. All in all, I feel lucky that they took care of the issue before it became a huge problem!
