Jason was here to fix a leak a week after a previous visit failed to stop a leak. He was on time, polite, quick and did quality work to fix the leaks. He was happy to explain and review his work when complete.

Tyler came out to look at an old sump pump that wasn’t working correctly. He took a look and he told us the system was 17 years old. (Permaseal) We tried to buy a new battery which wasn’t working the best. So we needed to update what we currently had. Tyler was very knowledgeable about permaseal products and talked to us about updating our current system. We have two sump pumps so we decided to update both units. Tyler got to work. Had the parts on the truck and didn’t have to come back to install. He installed both units fairly quickly. Cleaned up and left the area in the way he found it. Went over the basement defender app and he was out the door. What a nice guy!!! I would recommend Permaseal/Tyler to anybody that needs your services!! 5 out of 5 Stars!!!

He was patient when asked the same thing over and over and handled our needs and diagnosed our problem swiftly. Austin Keen was on-time, professional and very easy to work with. He explained everything in easy to understand detail. The installation of my Basement Defender back-up pump was fast and clean. Austin made setting up my cell phone connection very easy and now I feel secure and worry free!

He also gave me wonderful advice about the area in my backyard where the Permaseal ‘bubbler’ deposits the water from my foundation.
