Jim G came put today and was great. He hose tested my window wells and confirmed they weren’t draining properly. He gave options on fixes and also notated age of back up system and noticed a leaking check valve. Altogether professional appointment.

Perma Seal waterproofed our basement 3 years ago and it was the best thing we ever did as our basement has been dry ever since. Their service department is wonderful and their technicians as well. Specifically, we had Alejandro Lopez service our dehumidifier and he was excellent…courteous, very informative, took his time to explain everything. Was so pleased with him that we will request him again when we need service. I would highly recommend both Perma Seal and Alejandro for all your service needs.

Alejandro Lopez came out yesterday to perform the annual maintenance on our system. He was pleasant, polite, and he made suggestions for updates and improvements. He listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions.

I waited to right a review until after we had a few heavy rains. The work that Hugo and his team did was excellent. They scheduled the repair quickly and worked throughout the day. They were professional and explained everything to me. We have not had any leaks since they worked on our home.

I had work that needed to be done regarding cracks and waterproofing in the basement, and PermaSeal provided a comprehensive solution. The consultant (Don) was very attentive and communicative. They sent a great crew, led by Perfecto. The job was finished on time and within the estimated price.

Perma-Seal recently installed their waterguard system around the perimeter of my basement and a sump pump. It was a big investment, but Perma-Seal’s warranties on their work and excellent customer service helped put me at ease with my decision. Everything went smoothly with the installment which took two days. Feliciano, Raul, and Sergio had to break up the concrete around the perimeter of my basement and remove it all, which was no small task. They left everything in good order. Feliciano took the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. I have also used Perma-Seal to encapsulate my crawlspace and apply Perma-Foam around the rim joist area. I would highly recommend their services.

Duane and Roberto from Perma-Seal were given a perfect report card from our customer, Tom G. They completed a 1300 square foot crawl space encapsulation project.

I thought that my problem would take two days to complete. But no these guys rocked it out in one long day. These guys had to go through my house to get to the crawl space, which is in my bedroom closet. With tarps down covering every inch of carpet these guys hauled bucket after bucket out the front door. Then back in with the gravel. These buckets were very heavy. They were so conscious about my tv and another wooden chest. Not one scratch or ding. I could have not had a better crew than these guys. I really hope that they get full recognition for a super job.

In addition, he stopped by on the morning of the installation to review the scope and schedule with me and the installation team.The installation team arrived on time and with all of the materials they needed. The installation was done in a professional manner and they completed the job on time. They did a great job of working around my family and did not disturb my home office business. Jake was great. He explained everything in detail (learned about sump pumps today) what was happening to my pump and what was needed to fix it. At no point did I feel that I was under pressure to make a decision and he was nice enough to go through everything again over the phone with my husband who was at work.

Anthony and Nile came out to the home to check on the Sump Pump. They were able to detect a problem with the back up battery and did a replacement as promised in the warranty. They were both very knowledgeable and polite. They made the work and inspection easy to follow.
