Christian came by for our first year check up. He gave me some good advice and what to watch out for in the future.

We had our sump pump and back up pump replaced by Manuel and Zeke on October 30, 2025. The work also included digging a bigger hole for a new and bigger pit/liner tub. The guys were punctual, worked quickly and did a great job. Personally, they were very nice and friendly. We’ve been using Perma-Seal for many, many years updating our sump pumps, having our crawlspace encapsulated with a Clean Space system which included the Basement Defender monitoring system app – a terrific tool. We appreciate Perma-Seal and always recommend to other people.

Antonio was very prompt and efficient with the removal and installation process and took the time to explain how my new and improved system worked. He said if I had any problems, I could contact him directly. That was very nice and gave me peace of mind. Would highly recommend!

Jim G was out today. He performed an inspection in the basement. He made sure there wasn’t any structural issues with my wall.

Jim G was out today and laser measured my garage and gave me the greatest news. My foundation wasn’t settling. He looked around and saw that my window wells were broken and there was some debris and vegetation growing in my window wells. I look forward to having them cleaned out and well covers replaced.

Doro Sanchez and his partner sealed the entire foundation from the front all the way to the back on one side of the house and did all of the sidewalk center lines as well. Looks fantastick very professional. I would recommend them always.

From start to finish, my experience with Perma-Seal was top-notch. First off, Matt was very professional and thorough in assessing the overall situation and was excellent at explaining why the things needing repair had gotten to be a problem, and how the recommended repairs would fix things and keep them from happening again. As it turned out, neither he or I had noticed the sump pump problem, and when I finally saw it some days later, Matt came out on a Sunday morning to figure it out and get that included in the other work Perma-Seal was going to be doing.

On the day the work was scheduled to be done, Marcos and his crew of 5 showed up right on time and got right to work. Everyone was professional, polite and happy to answer the questions I had – which truth be told were not many because the crew had given me detailed explanations of what they’d be doing up front. It was easy to tell by watching these guys that they were well trained and knew exactly what they were doing. They were also very hard working and got everything done in one day – which was surprising to me given all they had to do, but apparently not to them. Overall, I’d be happy to have a crew like this one to do any work I needed done.

Jesus Duron was prompt, thorough and clear about work to be completed. I appreciated his honesty and skill. I look forward to working with him to get project completed.

Alejandro Lopez did an excellent job replacing our burned out sump pump and battery backup. Had all the parts and did it very quickly and effectively.

Aurellio and Eric came to my house today to perform maintenance work. They were AMAZING. There noticed my sump pump wasn’t making a different noise and quickly diagnosed the problem. My pipes were full of iron ochre, completely clogging the system. They were able to efficiently replace all the old clogged pvc piping and got my sump pump system up and running again. I know they had other jobs, but mine was high priority and they didn’t leave u til the job was done. Furthermore, after looking at my old sump pumps, I decided to go ahead and proactively get new ones. They were helpful, didn’t try to upsell me, and cleaned up. All in all, I feel lucky that they took care of the issue before it became a huge problem!

Alex did a great job. Knew immediately what was malfunctioning and corrected it. Because of its advanced age, he suggested that we replace the backup pump. We’re thinking about it. Great stuff.

Christian came out for our maintenance call. He found that our main sump pump was dead. In an hour he replaced the sump pump with a new working one, replaced our high water meter and added the defender system so that we’d be alerted if the pump ever failed again. Excellent customer service, speedy and cleanly. Christian did a great job and would highly recommend him and perma seal for all your basement water issues. He also showed me where to purchase our old dehumidifier filters too – bonus!

Jack Mann did a great job explaining everything that needed to be done and why. I initially was just looking to get my back stoop raised. I had already been told by another company that my front stoop was fine, although I had my doubts. Jack explained the PermaSeal process and why it is superior to another technique commonly referred to as “mudjacking”. I’m glad I went with PermaSeal and feel confident my money has been well spent and look forward to many more years of peace of mind regarding the structural integrity of my home.

Jack came out and he was absolutely amazing! I had three different conversations with different people at Perma seal and none of them told me what Jack told me! Jack looked at my prior lifted concrete and showed me where it had dropped more than 1/4 of an inch. This is under warranty and the Nexus has D bonded. Jack set me up with a gentleman in the office to put an appointment together for me, and all of my problems are now resolved, pending the appointment.

Enrique Morales and his crew did an excellent job at insulating the attic above the garage and the whole house! They had to remove the existing old insulation, seal everything up, and then install new insulation in the attic above the house as the garage and house are separate. He allowed and offered me to see after each step of the process as they went along. They were very respectful, pleasant to work with, and they cleaned up everything nicely once they were finished. I am looking forward to reaping the benefits of having this done to our home. Thank you Permaseal and your staff for yet another job well done!!
