We had our sump pump and back up pump replaced by Manuel and Zeke on October 30, 2025. The work also included digging a bigger hole for a new and bigger pit/liner tub. The guys were punctual, worked quickly and did a great job. Personally, they were very nice and friendly. We’ve been using Perma-Seal for many, many years updating our sump pumps, having our crawlspace encapsulated with a Clean Space system which included the Basement Defender monitoring system app – a terrific tool. We appreciate Perma-Seal and always recommend to other people.

Christian came out for our maintenance call. He found that our main sump pump was dead. In an hour he replaced the sump pump with a new working one, replaced our high water meter and added the defender system so that we’d be alerted if the pump ever failed again. Excellent customer service, speedy and cleanly. Christian did a great job and would highly recommend him and perma seal for all your basement water issues. He also showed me where to purchase our old dehumidifier filters too – bonus!

I had my yearly maintenance done by Jace from Perma-Seal, and he did an absolutely wonderful job! Jace was on time, professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing with both my sump and ejector pumps. He was thorough, efficient, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and really cares about customer satisfaction. I want to thank Crew Chief Guillermo for all of his hard work on waterproofing our basement. He and his crew worked very hard over the two days they were here. Guillermo kept me informed of the progress of the work being done. He was patient and gave me his time for me to ask questions and raise any concerns I had along the way. He and his crew were professional in the way they worked. He and his crew were respectful of my property and cleaned up well after finishing their work. My wife and I are now feeling relieved that we will finally have a dry basement! Thank you.

On 4/25/25 we received service from Manual & Jorge to install a new Basement Defender System and flush out current pipe system. We were advised by Manual that this flushing was not needed due to the area we are in and our bill was reduced by $730. We would like to thank Manual and Jorge for the excellent service, and friendly manner in which they took care of our questions and their honesty. We feel that it is necessary to recognize good service and honesty in good employees.

Perfecto and his crew were considerate when working on my crawl space. They wore covers on their shoes and put a tarp on their path to keep my house clean. They worked hard to be done by the time I had to leave.

I worked with Josue Hernandez on a project to encapsulate our crawlspace. Upon arrival, he assessed what needed to be done, and was very thorough in explaining the issue so that I felt well informed on our options. There were some very difficult aspects to our project (shape and entries to our crawlspace) but he did a great job to accommodate. We are pleased with the final result.

Jake Showed up early and was able to explain and assuage our fears after discovering our underground discharge line had failed. Getting it replaced will give us peace of mind and security that our crawlspace stays dry. 5 Stars!
