Pedro and his crew were amazing! They did a lot of backbreaking work in order for our basement to be fixed. I was very happy that I called permaseal everyone has been super helpful and today I had my inspection for my basement to find out why it was leaking water. Zack Warren was my inspector. He greeted me with a smile and welcomed all my questions and eased my worries! He was very detail in explaining what was happening and what needed to be done to fix the problem. Thanking Gene for the recent maintenance with our Perma Seal-there has been a foul smell coming from the pump area and he had cleaned it thorouhly and was like a freshly chlorined basement we have now -and gave us information on how to keep it smelling good all the time.
