Great communication skills very professional and Informative

From start to finish, my experience with Perma-Seal was top-notch. First off, Matt was very professional and thorough in assessing the overall situation and was excellent at explaining why the things needing repair had gotten to be a problem, and how the recommended repairs would fix things and keep them from happening again. As it turned out, neither he or I had noticed the sump pump problem, and when I finally saw it some days later, Matt came out on a Sunday morning to figure it out and get that included in the other work Perma-Seal was going to be doing.

On the day the work was scheduled to be done, Marcos and his crew of 5 showed up right on time and got right to work. Everyone was professional, polite and happy to answer the questions I had – which truth be told were not many because the crew had given me detailed explanations of what they’d be doing up front. It was easy to tell by watching these guys that they were well trained and knew exactly what they were doing. They were also very hard working and got everything done in one day – which was surprising to me given all they had to do, but apparently not to them. Overall, I’d be happy to have a crew like this one to do any work I needed done.

I was very happy that I called permaseal everyone has been super helpful and today I had my inspection for my basement to find out why it was leaking water. Zack Warren was my inspector. He greeted me with a smile and welcomed all my questions and eased my worries! He was very detail in explaining what was happening and what needed to be done to fix the problem. He didn’t try to up charge me for things I didn’t need and gave me options to help me afford fixing my basement. Thank you Zack and I hope the contractors are as delightful as you were!

Ruben Gonzalez came out to do a basement inspection to make sure I did not have any foundation cracks while I am in the process of selling my house. Professional from start to finish

The foundation consultant john ferguson from the downers grove il office was out at my house this morning for a water leak in my basement i called about. and he found out problem was with a frozen downspout pipe. i also recently had a flooded basement because my sump pumps went out. he gave me information on some good products that i am going to be purchasing as well shortly for sump pump monitoring and preventative maintenance program and basement dryer. he was very knowledgable and very professional. i learned alot about the services you provide and i will be having your company do a couple of the items he discussed with me. he also went above and beyond for me. my car was stuck in a frozen snowdrift in my driveway. he was so nice and helped me shovel it out and pushed the car for me to get the car unstuck. he was so nice and so knowledgable about all services provided.

Reuben Gonzales came to my home to evaluate the leakage into my basement. He was thorough, unrelenting in his pursuit of the leaks, patient, honest, and was not seeking to sell me an expensive fix. He said that it was cheaper to open the dry wall in a few places to see whether the foundation had cracks rather then digging up a trench 4 feet deep by 20 feet long. I agreed and he opened the wall in two places. I ran the garden hose and he said the leak is above grade and that I DID NOT need a waterproofing company but some one who does masonry work. Perma-seal does not do that work. Other companies wanted $2000 for a membrane plus an additional charge for each crack found. Being so honest, how does Perma-seal stay in business?

Jake came out and offered some options for keeping the the outside of the home looking the aesthetically pleasing with properly fitting window well covers and optimized drainage by replacing the dirt with stone.
