Anthony Modica was the technician for Perma Seal who performed our annual inspection of our Sump Pump and interior drain tile system originally installed by Perma Seal about 12 years ago. Anthony was on time and did a thorough job inspecting our interior sump pump in my crawl space and the exterior drainage and bubbler. Anthony explained the issues he found and suggestions to prevent any issues in the future. He provided a quote for the work while on the job and explained the issues of concern in layman’s terms. We have been very happy with Perma Seal over the years and would recommend them to others. Thanks so much!!!

Jesse came to inspect the sump pump and did and excellent job. He was even early for the appointment. Easy to talk to and extremely professional.

Keegan was great! Very friendly and knew his stuff. He preformed the maintenance on the pumps and checked around the house. He showed us the video about the dehumidifier which we will consider later. He and my son got the pump hooked back up to the internet and showed me how to check online to see if there are any problems. I hope Keegan comes back for my inspection next year.

Keegan performed annual maintenance on my Basement Defender system, and he replaced a pump float switch that had been acting up. He was prompt, courteous, skillful, and efficient. He listened carefully to my description of the pump float issue, and addressed it effectively.

The technician who did the inspection was excellent. He was extremely thorough. He explained things that no one else had previously. He was very helpful and informative and made sure he thoroughly tested the sump pumps.
