Last summer, I bought a lovely new water heater. Works like a charm, but the time had come to flush out the system to keep calcium and such from building up at the bottom of the tank. I watched videos. I tried to remember what the plumber who installed the hot water heater had showed. I managed to screw on the hose, but then got a little flummoxed: Does the screw loosen a valve. Is the screw the valve? How much pressure should I use to unscrew the screw?

I really didn’t want to get this wrong. Hot water is… hot! So I made a video and sent it to Lisa, explaining the problem and asked whether it might be possible for someone already working in the neighborhood to stop by and walk me through the process.

Christian performed an annual check-up on my premises. He pointed out issues that needed attention in a very professional manner and explained what items needed immediate attention and those items that could wait until a later time.

Perma-Seal recently installed their waterguard system around the perimeter of my basement and a sump pump. It was a big investment, but Perma-Seal’s warranties on their work and excellent customer service helped put me at ease with my decision. Everything went smoothly with the installment which took two days. Feliciano, Raul, and Sergio had to break up the concrete around the perimeter of my basement and remove it all, which was no small task. They left everything in good order. Feliciano took the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. I have also used Perma-Seal to encapsulate my crawlspace and apply Perma-Foam around the rim joist area. I would highly recommend their services.

Very happy to have Ken Allen Laundie and Rigo come out today for maintenance on my sewer vault. Ken was very knowledgeable and helpful in my making decisions to replace my sump pump. I can tell he loves his job.

Scheduled routine maintenance call for liners and pumps in both crawlspaces and the replacement filter in dehumidifier. Miguel Guerrero came out and was excellent in taking care of everything and explaining about what he did and he was even able to fit through the small opening to our second crawl space! Excellent work and product and would recommend your company.

Kenneth Allan and Rigo serviced 3 of my sump systems. They were professional and efficient, and Allan explained service packages more clearly than I had understood them. My systems were installed at different times during the past few years, and it was good getting an update on what was installed and when, as well as any warranties that are still in effect. Thanks.

Romy Shaheen was our Preventative Maintenance Technician. He came to Mom’s house, assessed the issues and came up with solutions. Romy explained what needed to be done in clear language that Mom and I understood, and answered every one of our many questions. Romy used illustrations and even brought in a special pipe that was needed, so Mom could see what it looked like. He was thorough, patient and kind. Romy had solutions to raise the foundation in one room, fix the water problem outside the house, and repair the porch and patio. We felt so comforted that things will get back to normal, Mom hired PermaSeal before he left. Romy is an impressive, intelligent representative of your company, an we are thankful to have had him as our technician.

Gene showed up promptly for our annual inspection maintenance. He notice that the pumps were too close together and the PVC from the pump area was crooked. He straightened everything out, and the pump is quieter and working nicely. He was professional and courteous, and did an efficient job. Highly recommended.

Howard installed a new water heater and replaced the ejection pump. He worked professionally, answered questions, and cleaned up the work area.Manuel worked quickly repairing a crack in the basement wall. He remembered working at our home when Perma-seal installed the basement waterproofing. We have a Perma-seal preventative maintenance agreement to ensure we do not have any water problems. We have only had good experiences with the Perma-seal employees.

Allen Laundie was efficient in checking to ensure that my sump pump was functioning properly in this bitter cold weather. He also was thorough in explaining to me the importance of having a back up sump pump which will be installed next week.
