Two years after Permaseal installed our sump pump and filled cracks in our basement wall, I had them out for a maintenance inspection. I received exceptional service from our tech. He explained every step of the inspection. Explained things to look for in our basement that could cause water issues. Assured me that our pump was working and educated me on the life span of our pumps and water heater. In addition to this, he was prompt and friendly. Thank you for the great service!
