I’m a carpenter by trade and I’m very impressed with the way Perm-Seals company is ran. I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks ago and the communication was excellent! They reached out to me the day before to confirm both a text and a phone call. It’s hard these days to actually talk to a person and get something done. Dave came here today and explained everything to me and all my options. I was $200 dollars off comparing my price in my head to Perma-Seals. They did my neighbors house a few years back so I know the quality is there. No doubt they’ll be fixing my basement soon. Thank you for your time Dave, pleasure doing business with Perma-Seal.

I recently had piers installed to correct a problem of the foundation sinking. I was consistently provided with updates and detail explanation of the project.
From the original assessment conducted by Jim G, to the actual construction overseen by project leader Hugo M, the project was professionally performed. I would recommend use of Perma Seal for similar projects.

We worked with Jeff from Perma-Seal. He was extremely knowledgeable, considerate and accommodating with our busy schedules.
