Our Perma-Seal consultant was very knowledgeable, courteous, on-time and helpful in determining what caused the leakage in the basement. Seals were done in the foundation in a timely and professional way at a reasonable price. We would highly recommend Perma-Seal to anyone with basement water problems.

Before Perma-Seal: Every time it rained I’d get water in my basement…more rain, more water. One time when my boys were pushing the water to the sump pump hole they lifted the cover and there was a SNAKE! A couple days later…another snake!That was it. I called Perma-Seal. They came right out and explained everything I needed to fix my problems and gave me a price that really surprised me (pleasantly).They sent their workers out and all their work (and workers) were really great! Now.. no more water, no more snakes, and no more worries when it rains! I can’t say enough good things about Perma-Seal! I only wish I knew about them and how affordable they are when I owned my previous house!

I have a dirt crawl space in southern Wisconsin. High water table. Had bad experience with other waterproofing company Perma-Seal came in and gave me detailed description on how to correctly do job. From beginning to end, Perma-Seal did EVERYTHING they said they would. Had engineer inspect their work. He was VERY impressed with Perma-Seal. I would recommend Perma-Seal to everybody. Their service people and all others that I had contact with were polite and courteous. Thanks for the great work you did Perma-Seal.

Hyper-Jack came over to my house after I called regarding 2 cracks in my foundation in the basement. My ex attempted to fix them by putting some type of cement powder on them. Though it didn’t appear to be leaking any more, I knew that I better get a professional evaluation done. I am so glad that I did!! Jack did a water test by putting water outside of the house where the cracks were. Sure enough, as soon as he put his hose in that area, my basement started filling with water. He guided me through the process of how to resolve this issue, without breaking the bank. As a new single mother, this really meant a lot. He did not try to pressure me to buy things that I didn’t need, but made sure that I was protected. He was so nice and respectful. I highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

Rich Betts did a terrific job diagnosing and replacing our sump pumps and battery backup systems. He arrived within the promised window and called ahead to alert us as to when he was 1/2 hour or 1 hour away. His work was professional and he went out of his way to ensure our carpeting was unblemished. His clean up was excellent. The installation went smoothly and he took care to make the wiring neat. I am completely happy with the job he did.

Vincente and Leopoldo were at our house to inspect our sump pump and also to assist us with our French drain. It needed to be raised. The gentlemen were so polite and hardworking. It was quite a lot of work to get through the roots and they did a lot of work, with no complaints. My husband and I were very happy with these hard working, polite, respectful men.

I had Jim Antonsen in my home to advise my husband and I on a water issue we’ve had in our basement for what seems like forever! Not only did he tell us what we’ve been doing wrong and more specifically…WHY it hasn’t been working… he gave us a cost effect solution that will last.I’m very happy with the information I was given, the explanation behind it and the service I have experienced!! Howard (plumbing foreman) and his crew were awesome to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. They knew what they were doing and we have complete faith in the overhead sewer system they installed in our basement. Howard and Marcos , and their crew, were also really nice people, and went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with their work. Job well done!

Dustin Barger performed a very thorough, informative, and well-documented foundation inspection at our request, which began with the outside walls and then ranged from the basement to the upper stories. He brought us along as each of the pieces of information were clearly put together into an overarching diagnosis as to the condition of the foundation, what was wrong, how it was affecting the rest of the house, and what needed to be done to fix it. Gentlemanly, professional, and well-spoken from the start.

Jack came and was so pleasant and figured out how the water was getting into my home from the outside when he did a water test with the hose. He wrote up a quote on the spot and actually printed out with his custom little printer – very impressed with him !! I highly recommend Pirma seal and you must have Jack

Anthony explained everything very thoroughly and addressed potential replacing the water heater and sump pump. They explained the pricing breakdown very clearly and were extremely professional throughout the appointment. Whenever we do decide to replace this items, we will definitely consider and likely go with permaseal.
