Alejandro Lopez is an excellent technician, who repaired our problem with our backup pump, which needed drilling of a hole next to the pipe in our backup pump to prevent an air lock in the system. Alex was very courteous, helpful and professional in working with us to solve this problem.

Permaseal’s technician, Howard Hughes, was very professional and explained exactly what the camera was seeing in our sewer line to the village sewer line. All my questions were answered by Howard and has eliminated a major cause of our problem with basement flooding and offered suggestions to remedy our problem. He walked me through reasons why we’re seeing the seepage/leakage we’re seeing, what Perma-seal would do to solve this issue (including products used), what maintenance would be required, told me about the fantastic life-time internal structure guarantee on their seal, and worked with me on the affordable pricing and payment plan. The water table in our area was so high this summer that water came in through our basement walls for the first time ever! (And we have neighbors that have been in the area for over 45 years.) We contacted Perma-Seal because our neighbors had such good luck with them. They were great! A representative came out, examined our basement and told us what we should do and how much it would cost. A technician arrived at exactly the time/date they were scheduled. Things went smooth! I would highly recommend Perma-Seal to anyone who has basement water problems.
