I expected a large firm like Perma-Seal to be generally inflexible, but was very pleasantly surprised to be proven wrong in this regard.

The water table in our area was so high this summer that water came in through our basement walls for the first time ever! (And we have neighbors that have been in the area for over 45 years.) The joy of moving into my new home was dampened one Sunday night by water flowing into my finished basement. I found Perma-Seal online and the sales rep. was out the following morning to help. Over the next 6 months Rick worked with me tirelessly as we discovered that my foundation had multiple cracks that weren’t disclosed during the sale. Every team that was sent out to repair cracks in my basement was professional and courteous. My basement is now leak free and dry. Perma-seal did a full perimeter basement drainage system for us along with installing a new sump pump with back-up. all was done in the 2 days allotted by people who knew what they we doing and were able to explain why the did the thing the did. We have now gone through some really heavy rains and have been dryer the ever. Each day they were here at the time promised and cleaned up prior to leaving.

This company is one of the most professional entities I have ever dealt with. Before Perma-Seal: Every time it rained I’d get water in my basement…more rain, more water. One time when my boys were pushing the water to the sump pump hole they lifted the cover and there was a SNAKE! A couple days later…another snake!That was it. I called Perma-Seal. I have a dirt crawl space in southern Wisconsin. High water table. Had bad experience with other waterproofing company Perma-Seal came in and gave me detailed description on how to correctly do job.
