Antonio G came out to service our sump pump system for our yearly maintenance last month. It was an informative experience hearing some recommendations for our system that could use some attention and I felt comfortable that we were secure from flooding after he left.

Antonio was courteous and very informative. It was a horrible day until he made things seem solvable.

Mariano M was on time, very professional and did a great job ‘permasealing’ my basement.

Pedro and his crew did a great job doing a complete waterproofing of our home’s basement in Brookfield, IL. The crew was very well organized, worked very efficiently, kept us informed, and did a fine job cleaning up at the end of the job. Then, after the waterproofing was complete, Manny K and Rigo A reinstalled the metal laundry basin plumbing. Everyone did a great job. I would hire Perma-Seal again, if needed, to do basement waterproofing.

Mariano M. was the Perma- Seal representative. He called informing me of his estimated time of arrival. He was in company uniform, explained how he was going to repair the area. He was very professional and completed the repair and left the area clean.

Service technician ‘Dustin’ (sorry, don’t know his last name) provided fast friendly service and good information. He promoted only those products we need. Excellent work! Date of Service: 10/15/18.

Sergio Alejandro was the OUTSTANDING crew chief for our basement waterproofing. The entire crew was courteous, neat and prompt. Sergio reviewed everything his crew would do, professionally handled the unforeseen issues that occurred and efficiently cleaned up everything when they were done. This was a quality job.

David Glim did some electrical work in my basement promptly and very well. Did not have to wait at all, in fact,was early which was great for me, it freed me up . He was very knowledgeable and explained why/what he was doing. Terrific job.

Permaseal’s technician, Howard Hughes, was very professional and explained exactly what the camera was seeing in our sewer line to the village sewer line. All my questions were answered by Howard and has eliminated a major cause of our problem with basement flooding and offered suggestions to remedy our problem. Dave C was engaging and easy to talk to. He walked me through reasons why we’re seeing the seepage/leakage we’re seeing, what Perma-seal would do to solve this issue (including products used), what maintenance would be required, told me about the fantastic life-time internal structure guarantee on their seal, and worked with me on the affordable pricing and payment plan. Told me about the great Black Friday promotion going on now too (5% off everything on payment in-full and same-as-cash payment options).
