1:05 am, April 30 – The new sump pump/pit/window drainage installed in July 2019 is perfect.Without it, we would have every window well full of water and at least a few inches of water in the basement.The pump cycles every couple of minutes, and I’d estimate the sump pit is receiving a couple of gallons of ground water every minute.Sure hope it stops raining soon.Thanks for the excellent system.

Pedro came with two works and finished the job in one day.They worked very hard and left the place in good condition. I have no complaints about the workers. Hoping my basement keeps dry.

On Jan 12th, 2020 I had repair work in my basement. The crew send over did a spectacular job on the repair. Communication as to what was going to be done was explained to me explicitly. I needed to replace my sump pump and decided to get the Basement Defender as well! Ramon Duron handled the job quite well and was very polite and knowledgeable. He managed his time very well! I would highly recommend Permaseal to handle all the tough jobs. I am a long time customer and not interested in using any other company!

Three years ago, I signed up for a 5-year package of annual maintenance visits by Permaseal to check the system they installed. I love that I did this. Each year I get a phone call to remind me it is time for the scheduled maintenance (I have no way to forget). A service person comes, goes through everything, checks (and if necessary, cleans) my sump pump pit and machine and all the lines. They also check the basement walls for cracks and go over all of it with me. I like that they are service oriented and not ‘sales driven.’

I needed answers to some questions regarding our Basement Defender system. I called Greg Johnson, who was our superb salesman for the BD system, and asked him to provide me the contact information for the BD. He responded as I knew he would, providing me the contact information through the office. As our salesman, he has remained concerned and helpful, even the sale was completed months ago. He is an A+++++++++++++++++++++ representative of the company.

The whole crew did a wonderful job! Fidel, Alverio and Leo, were the last ones here to make sure the basement was clean, they even mopped my floor. Fidel has a wonderful and friendly personality. He made sure to answer all my questions before leaving. Fidel, Alverio and Leo worked so well together, it was great to see that kind of team work. These gentlemen deserve a rating of 5!

Antonio, was at our house today and did a very thorough job servicing our sump pump. I am not at all that familiar with the ins and out out of our sump pump so it was great to have him here to look at everything, clean everything and explain everything that was going on to me. He did a great job and was very pleasant. He also gave me options on our maintenance agreement, which was very helpful. I have not made a decision if I will extend or not, but I have the information. Thanks again for the great service

Paul Warner did a thorough inspection of my basement, sump pumps, basement defender, and exterior drainage. He was very helpful and willing to answer my questions about maintenance/replacement of the pumps and systems.

Antonio was my tech today. He was able to come early, so he called me to see if that would work for me, which was great. He arrived at the time we arranged. Antonio is a great communicator, which really made me feel comfortable and respected – something that matters to me very much. He explained everything he was doing clearly, without talking down to me. It was a great load off my mind to have the service done, and to understand more about the system, now that I’ve had it for a year. Just like George, and the people who installed the system, Antonio was not only very professional, but very friendly, and cared enough to make sure I understood how everything works.
