We just had Jose Magana to our house to diagnose the problem that is causing seepage in our basement family room. He w as very careful, deliberate and knowledgeable. He left us with two suggestions that he believed will solve the problems. We were impressed that he truly wanted to solve our problem and not just sell us an expensive project Amazing he did not suggest anything his company does. Such honesty is rare these days!,

Alex Morales and Leo Mireles did an outstanding job in my mother’s basement. They arrived on time, were very polite and professional. It was not an easy job and they worked non-stop and very hard for hours. I thought that I would have a mess to clean up but was pleasantly surprised at how they hauled away everything and left it amazingly clean!! Would highly recommend Perma-Seal and especially Alex & Leo!!

Ramon Duran came to my house to do the repair on my cracked basement wall. He was on time, personable, efficient and gave a little extra by recommending and adding gravel to my window wells. He is the kind of workman you would want to let into your home to perform a service.

Mike T was able to identify the source of the leak in the basement wall very quickly. He presented the possible solutions and advised as to the most efficient and economical fix. The service call was scheduled very easily and we expect the repair to go smoothly. He also noted issues with the window wells in the foundation and I was able to add those repairs to the service call.

Mike Tigge has been an awesome resource for us! We first met him 10 years ago when he inspected our leaky foundation and correctly diagnosed the repairs. Then he helped us after a major flooding problem with an ejector pit and overhead sewer piping to prevent more sewer backups during huge storms. He came out again recently to evaluate our basement for interior drain tile. Mike really knows his stuff, and we’re happy to know him through Permaseal.

We just moved into a house that needed a lot of work done. One of the major projects that we need to tackle is the basement and the foundation crack/sump pump/ and overall getting the basement up to par and in working order. Mike Tigges came out today to provide a quote/consultation and he did an awesome job. We had another appointment scheduled for a competitor later this month and I ended up just cancelling it. He took care of everything! Looking forward to finally checking this project off our huge project list.

After visits from from other competitors who would not open the wall to determine where the leak was, Perma-Seal Technician Michael M. had no problem cutting through the drywall. We were able to see the cement cracks and offered a few options. Proactive and solution minded companies are essential to homeowners and Perma-seal offer both. We almost canceled our visit– so glad we didn’t.

John did a very thorough job here today! Fixed an issue we had with our defender system. Installed incorrectly but he fixed & explained to me how everything is set up.

Kyle arrived on time for our annual maintenance inspection. He was thorough throughout the inspection of our home, both interior and exterior. At the end of our appointment we went through the checklist together and was helpful in answering any questions we had.

Anthony was very helpful with explaining the different options of recommendations, and not very high pressure like similar companies. Would highly recommend!!
