Talked to Permaseal just after 8AM 5/30/2025. Around noon Gus and Johnny were here to replace what I thought was an ejector pump. Once they looked it turned out to be a sump pump. They explained the difference and why. (turns out because it only drains the washer it did not need to be a full ejector). The explained how that would reduce the price and proceeded to do a reasonably quick and efficient job and by 3PM I was washing clothes again. These 2 men were good and explained a number of things as they worked. Permaseal is 1 of 2 home service vendors I know I can trust and these 2 men are part of the reason.

Jason came out and provided me some great options for my crawlspace as well as adding a back up system.

Mike T. came by and was able to help us book an appointment to fix our wet basement. He was very thorough and had answers to all the questions my wife and I had. I haven’t had the service yet, but based on the company’s reputation and warranty, I feel like I am in good hands.

We were so pleased with our experience with PermaSeal. The sales person was prompt and had knowledge of the product. Vincente was very professional with the task. It has not rained yet, as of now I feel confident with the experience with Perma-Seal. Thanks again Vincente for your work ethic.

Alex Morales and Leo Mireles did an outstanding job in my mother’s basement. They arrived on time, were very polite and professional. It was not an easy job and they worked non-stop and very hard for hours. I thought that I would have a mess to clean up but was pleasantly surprised at how they hauled away everything and left it amazingly clean!! Would highly recommend Perma-Seal and especially Alex & Leo!!

Ramon Duran came to my house to do the repair on my cracked basement wall. He was on time, personable, efficient and gave a little extra by recommending and adding gravel to my window wells. He is the kind of workman you would want to let into your home to perform a service.

Just had my basement finished and couldn’t be more pleased! Gilbert and his crew did phenomenal work! Can’t even tell I had any work done in my front yard. All were friendly and very courteous. Will highly recommend!!

Christian performed an annual check-up on my premises. He pointed out issues that needed attention in a very professional manner and explained what items needed immediate attention and those items that could wait until a later time.

Antonio was my tech today. He was able to come early, so he called me to see if that would work for me, which was great. He arrived at the time we arranged. Antonio is a great communicator, which really made me feel comfortable and respected – something that matters to me very much. He explained everything he was doing clearly, without talking down to me. It was a great load off my mind to have the service done, and to understand more about the system, now that I’ve had it for a year. Just like George, and the people who installed the system, Antonio was not only very professional, but very friendly, and cared enough to make sure I understood how everything works. He reinforced my confidence in choosing you to install my system. He’s a great representative for Perma-Seal. Thank you all.

Niko did a complete check up of our system and briefed us on all issues. He was very thorough and professional along with being friendly. Very much enjoyed his work.

Niko did an excellent job looking at the details of the sump system, as well as making me aware of the other areas of the house he would analyze. He was also informative while explaining possible replacement of a hot water heater, attentive to details, polite, and personable. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to have him do similar work at our house in the future.

Niko was very thorough in examining the sump pumps, the dehumidifier and filter, and the drainage system from the roof and backup sump, tested everything, noted some issues which need addressing in the next year.
