In Cook County, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago lies called Arlington Heights. Known for being the home of the Arlington Race Track, where the Arlington Million takes place, the village is also home to the Arlington Heights Memorial Library.

A suburb of Chicago, Arlington Heights in Illinois is best known for being the home of the Arlington Million, a Breeder's Cup qualifying event, held at the Arlington Park Race Track. Sharing the same weather as Chicago, Arlington's annual precipitation is at 38.25 inches. It may not seem much, but it's enough to leave many basements flooded, or at least, cause moisture issues.  Basement moisture can cause a ton of headaches for the homeowner. It can ruin appliances and electronics, cause wooden posts to rot, destroy the foundation, and even cause health issues due to mold and mildew growth.
