Martin to play an integral role in Perma-Seal’s operational excellence
Burr Ridge, Ill., January 18, 2024 — Perma-Seal, the oldest family-owned and operated basement waterproofing and foundation repair experts serving the greater Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana area, is pleased to announce the promotion of Martin Martinez to Sr. Operations Manager. During Martin’s tenure with Perma-Seal, he has served in many roles beginning as an Appointment Center Representative. From there, Martin transitioned to Customer Service Representative and most recently in a leadership role as Scheduling and Permitting Manager.

From developing interpersonal and communication skills to enhancing operational efficiency, I’ve always been dedicated to contributing positively to the organization’s mission and objectives and ensuring that our customers have the best experience possible, ” said Martin. “I look forward to applying the skills and knowledge I’ve gained over the course of my time with Perma-Seal and continuing to grow within the organization.”
As the Sr. Operations Manager, Martin will work closely with the Operations Director to fulfill the production department’s needs. This multifaceted role encompasses team leadership, efficient communication, project management, on-site supervision, process enhancement, attendance, training, and collaborative engagement with various departments. Success in this role significantly contributes to the company’s operational excellence, ensuring projects are executed with precision, adhering to the highest quality and safety standards, and continuously striving for improvement.
