Burr Ridge, Ill., February 15, 2024 — Perma-Seal, the oldest family-owned and operated basement waterproofing and foundation repair experts serving the greater Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana area, is pleased to announce the hiring of Dario Lopez as Scheduling Manager

Lopez brings extensive construction experience spanning product development, customer relations, new business, software development, and operations. As Scheduling Manager, Lopez will develop and maintain schedules for projects along with establishing timelines for future projects with the Operations Manager. With an intricate knowledge of local, state, and federal regulation permits and licensing requirements, Lopez will prepare and submit permit applications while also identifying potential delays and finding the best solutions.
