Christian performed an annual check-up on my premises. He pointed out issues that needed attention in a very professional manner and explained what items needed immediate attention and those items that could wait until a later time.

Perma-Seal recently installed their waterguard system around the perimeter of my basement and a sump pump. It was a big investment, but Perma-Seal’s warranties on their work and excellent customer service helped put me at ease with my decision. Everything went smoothly with the installment which took two days. Feliciano, Raul, and Sergio had to break up the concrete around the perimeter of my basement and remove it all, which was no small task. They left everything in good order. Feliciano took the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. I have also used Perma-Seal to encapsulate my crawlspace and apply Perma-Foam around the rim joist area. I would highly recommend their services.

Fantastic Service!

Keegan explained in detail what he was going to do and the ins and outs of what the ejector pump and current dehumidifiers we have do. Keegan made sure our backup pumps in good conditions and connected to wifi. Keegan also looked over some other areas of our house that I had concerns with so he took measurements where needed and is working on getting us a quote for future repair. He also talked about the maintenance programs permaseal offers.

Keegan was very professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He also called prior to arrival with the ETA and was prompt.
