Niko did an excellent job looking at the details of the sump system, as well as making me aware of the other areas of the house he would analyze. He was also informative while explaining possible replacement of a hot water heater, attentive to details, polite, and personable. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to have him do similar work at our house in the future.

His knowledge of the Perma Seal products and services allowed him to provide us with a variety of options for lifting and leveling our concrete and sealing of cracks. Niko was prompt to the appointment and called me ahead of time to give me his estimated time of arrival. Niko was very nice and courteous and did an excellent job explaining what he had done and the status of my current sump pump. He also let me know of a couple of options that I might be interested in getting, but did not pressure me. Excellent employee.

Joe was pleasant, courteous and thorough when reviewing the results of the inspection and additional services offered by Perma Seal to further protect our house in the future. Joe was also very neat when completing his work, much appreciated.

Joe Semany spent at least two and a half hours troubleshooting a problem I was having with my Basement Defender. He solved the problem and also installed a dehumidifier. I couldn’t be more pleased. He was very personable and easy to work with and I would be happy to have him back again, hopefully just for routine maintenance next time. Thanks for all of your help Joe!

Asked about concerns I had regarding my new SaniDry system and then took the time to explain how the system worked and how the system should be set for best results. Also noticed that my old sum-pump was set high and that it was keeping the drainage hose from emptying into the sump pit. Since my pump was towards the end of its expected life I decided to hav a new sump-pump installed. Work was done quickly and proses was explained. The technicians were very professional and cleaned up after the work was done.
