Perma-Seal responded in a timely fashion to my call and sent a sales consultant out on the date promised. Mike did a very thorough examination of all pertinent areas of the interior and exterior of the house to try to make sure what the problem was. A date was given for work to be done and we are pleased with the result.

The joy of moving into my new home was dampened one Sunday night by water flowing into my finished basement. I found Perma-Seal online and the sales rep. was out the following morning to help. Over the next 6 months Rick worked with me tirelessly as we discovered that my foundation had multiple cracks that weren’t disclosed during the sale. Every team that was sent out to repair cracks in my basement was professional and courteous. My basement is now leak free and dry. I would recommend Perma-Seal to anyone who has water problems in their basement.

Perma-Seal did a full perimeter basement drainage system for us along with installing a new sump pump with back-up. All was done in the 2 days allotted by people who knew what they were doing and were able to explain why they did the things they did. We have now gone through some really heavy rains and have been dryer than ever. Each day they were here at the time promised and cleaned up prior to leaving.

This company is one of the most professional entities I have ever dealt with. From the very knowledgeable (yet not pushy) salesman, to the administrative office support, to the workmen, our experience was nothing but pleasant and seamless. The service Antonio provided was very good. He flushed out our sump pump, took photos, and inspected the outside perimeter of the house. He noticed one of the downspouts wasn’t connected, which we will fix. He explained everything thoroughly and encouraged us to get a battery-powdered sump pump or wi-fi to help keep us protected from flooding. We appreciated his service.
