They repaired crack on the basement wall and it went well, no problems to report.

I had water coming in through two spots in the basement. I was shown all options and pricing but he recommended the cheapest option for one of the leaks (the other was due to the access door) saying that he would be surprised if I needed anything more. Three years later and about four different torrential downpours and he is still right!

They fixed the cracks in my basement wall and they installed a draining system to stop the leaks in my basement. They did an excellent job!

They replaced two basement window wells & capped them, fixed/sealed a leak in the basement wall, and replaced a sump pump.

They were here to please and made sure the customer was happy. They were prompt and professional. My husband handles more of the price aspect, so I don’t know what he compared it to. Perma-Seal Basement Systems redid the seal in the crawl space.

Mike Tieggs was my rep. He was very patient in explaining everything to me, and reassuring. Roberto (the foreman) was wonderful! He explained everything that they were going to do. The surprising part was there was very little mess. I expected it to me much worse. Their workmanship was A+. I would highly recommend them, if you have seepage problems. Of course, the real test will be when it rains.

Perma-Seal did 2 jobs for me in the last several months. Initial inspection was performed by highly qualified professionals, and was explained in easy to understand manner. Installation was done when and as promised. They call a day ahead and give you a time of arrival, which they always meet. Great work.

Before Perma-Seal: Every time it rained I’d get water in my basement…more rain, more water. One time when my boys were pushing the water to the sump pump hole they lifted the cover and there was a SNAKE! A couple days later…another snake! That was it. I called Perma-Seal. They came right out and explained everything I needed to fix my problems and gave me a price that really surprised me (pleasantly). They sent their workers out and all their work (and workers) were really great! Now.. no more water, no more snakes, and no more worries when it rains! I can’t say enough good things about Perma-Seal! I only wish I knew about them and how affordable they are when I owned my previous house!

We had been getting ground water seepage in our finished basement. Had Perma-Seal come out to install a system to allow the water to pumped out. It has been 6 years and we have had no problems since. In fact before they came we ran a dehumidifier year round. After they left it hasn’t run at all. I would recommend them without hesitation.

He well prepared me for the work that the installation crew would complete. There were no surprises and the project was well done by a team of two super guys, who were professional, courteous and did a great job!

When Austin Reed came to check our sump pump system he could not have been more professional and courtesy as well as patient and persistent. He was trying to identify the exact source of our problem with the ejector pump. What a great asset he is to your team!!

I was expecting to replace my backup batteries for my sump pump backup system. I was also getting my annual service done.
