Manny and his ream were here for two days repiping my old home and fixing numerous leaks. Manny was very approachable, polite and very professional! Manny did an excellent job, all leaks fixed, and all areas were cleaned back up when finished. He explained the job as he went along and I am very pleased with the the work he performed.

I can highly recommend Matt Tomfohrde, Supervising Electrician at Perm-Seal, for his excellent electrical work today, both servicing connections for three low voltage landscape lights as well as adding an outlet behind a painting on the wall above our grand piano. Allen was my technician for my annual sump pump system preventive maintenance. He took great care to explain the workings of the system and battery backup, and his recommendations. He also inspected both the inside and outside of my home. I felt he was really thorough and knowledgeable about the work he did and I will be happy to have him back. Thank you!

Our system was installed a year ago. I got a call from Perma-Seal advising me to have my annual inspection, cleaning and evaluation of the system (the first one is free!) The tec that came was Mark Lemenager. He was on time, he did a thourough evaluation of the system and cleaned some of the equipment. He was polite, he answered all of my questions, and he explained the importance of a yearly check up. I dealt with many workman during my rehab, and I must say that the staff at PermaSeal were the most proffessional.

Dear Roy: I remember when you did all of your own work with just one helper. You have built a successful business with good employees and morals. I want to tell you how impressed I was with William who did my 10 point maintenance inspection on March 16th. My pump was vibrating and making water sounds. William took the pump out, replaced the valve and installed a J hook strap. The sump pump is almost silent. I hope you keep him on the inspection crew. He is very professional and knows the sump pumps.
