I had work that needed to be done regarding cracks and waterproofing in the basement, and PermaSeal provided a comprehensive solution. The consultant (Don) was very attentive and communicative. They sent a great crew, led by Perfecto. The job was finished on time and within the estimated price.

Service tech Joseph Semany arrived on time, was people friendly & provided me with good customer service covering all necessary P.M. checkpoints. Joe also cleaned up his work area prior to leaving.

Joe Semany spent at least two and a half hours troubleshooting a problem I was having with my Basement Defender. He solved the problem and also installed a dehumidifier. I couldn’t be more pleased.
