Team of Joaquin and Angel were courteous and professional. Finished promptly and clean up was exceptional. Perma-seal fixed some foundation cracks for me a few years back, so I kind of expected this kind of service from them. Strongly recommend this company, they are first class.

Antonio did an excellent job with my sump pump replacement!! He was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He answered all my questions and took time to explain the procedure during the install. He is a very pleasant and competent person and I hope to work with him again for future maintenance.

Prevention Maintenance on Dehumidifier installed last year and previous year waterproofing and water heater installed.

Tyler was the rep who did the inspection. Tyler went over with me the process and if I had any concerns which he should note. I told him it gets extremely cold in the basement & during the cold weather my heat goes on more frequently than it did previously. He actually took the time and explained all the assets of the dehumidifier. The person who installed the unit, did not go over everything with me.

Outside, he went over the areas of his findings. He understood I cancelled having the downspouts buried last year, due to my sprinkler system. He had a video showing me how PAS could fix cracks with poly level. He was patient with me as I wanted to thoroughly understand the necessity of having this done. After his video’s/drawing pictures showing I understood the process.

Overall, I felt Tyler did an exceptional job. He is very acknowledgeable, patient. You are lucky to have a dedicated technician! I hope next year he does my inspection again.

Doro and Louis were wonderful. On time, polite and professional and they did a great job. They cleaned entire area and raised the concrete and cleaned up wonderfully. They explained what they did and the warranty – was very impressed with everything. Bottom line I would use them again and would request Doro and Louis.

Tom came to check out our current sump pump situation and presented me with some hood options for upgrading our sump pump situation and giving us more peace of mind about staying flood free in our new home.

Keegan King came over to check our sump system and review overall structural conditions. He did a great job and was thorough with his evaluation. He also tolerated my dogs’ constant barking. I appreciate that I am informed of service product offerings and improvements, but never feel pushed into purchasing right at the moment. Keegan took the time to show a video of how one of their products worked so I could make an informed decision. I feel that Permaseal is always upfront and transparent with cost, value, and efficiency. It’s nice to know how investing in products can save energy costs or create a healthier environment. I have had a lot of work done by Perma Seal and have always been satified until a recent phone conversation with a customer service rep left me uneasy and unhappy. However I would like to compliment Jaime, the worker who came out to inspect and repair my cracks. Because of my unhappy phone experience to access services, Jaime started with a hesitant, less trusting customer. His calm demeanor, willingness to listen, and service was greatly appreciated and helped to restore my trust in your company.

Gene came and knew just what the problem was. He worked hard to clean the tracks and replace the sump pump. I’ll always request him because he has a sincere work ethic you dont see much anymore. Thank you Gene!

This was a follow up device call to correct an earlier oversight. We also added replacement of the cover.Doug’s call to advise timing of his visit was as promised. He was not aware of the replacement cover need but went the extra mile to get it done. He also put everything back in place and insured there were no leaks. Outstanding detail to everything – we’ll be requesting him to return whenever we need service.

Thanking Gene for the recent maintenance with our Perma Seal-there has been a foul smell coming from the pump area and he had cleaned it thorouhly and was like a freshly chlorined basement we have now -and gave us information on how to keep it smelling good all the time.
