I received an error that my sump pump was having this morning and Permaseal had Christian come out the same day which was very appreciated.

Romy Shaheen was our Preventative Maintenance Technician. He came to Mom’s house, assessed the issues and came up with solutions. Romy explained what needed to be done in clear language that Mom and I understood, and answered every one of our many questions. Romy used illustrations and even brought in a special pipe that was needed, so Mom could see what it looked like. He was thorough, patient and kind. Romy had solutions to raise the foundation in one room, fix the water problem outside the house, and repair the porch and patio. We felt so comforted that things will get back to normal, Mom hired PermaSeal before he left. Romy is an impressive, intelligent representative of your company, an we are thankful to have had him as our technician.

Gene showed up promptly for our annual inspection maintenance. He notice that the pumps were too close together and the PVC from the pump area was crooked. He straightened everything out, and the pump is quieter and working nicely. He was professional and courteous, and did an efficient job. Highly recommended.

Doug came on time and provided pump maint.He also processed a wall crack request and scheduled a repair time .He was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous.Thanks

Howard installed a new water heater and replaced the ejection pump. He worked professionally, answered questions, and cleaned up the work area.Manuel worked quickly repairing a crack in the basement wall. He remembered working at our home when Perma-seal installed the basement waterproofing. We have a Perma-seal preventative maintenance agreement to ensure we do not have any water problems. We have only had good experiences with the Perma-seal employees.

Allen Laundie was efficient in checking to ensure that my sump pump was functioning properly in this bitter cold weather. He also was thorough in explaining to me the importance of having a back up sump pump which will be installed next week.

Dustin did the inspection at our house. He arrived on time, was pleasant and personable. He explained what he did and offered us some recommendations. I would highly recommend him.

Allen Laundie was our technician and he was a pleasure to have working on our home. He was friendly and polite upon arrival and explained his background and expertise. He evaluated both of the sump pumps in our small condo building. When one was found to be not functioning, he was able to replace it on the spot, which was really helpful and convenient! The other, while functioning, was old, so he provided the information I needed to bring back to our small condo association to consider replacement. In addition, he revised his estimate for backup pumps down after evaluating our existing set up- when does that happen? Because of our location, the completely dry condition of our existing pumps and because we haven’t had water in the basement ever, he determined we could safely go with a smaller backup than is the usual recommendation, which would really save us money! We were unable to do the camera exam of the sewer line because of an extremely old catch basin set up, but Allen explained how we could do the exam at another time if we had access to one of the basement unit’s stacks. Allen was great to work with, polite and friendly, and provided me with a lot of valuable information. I would be happy to work with him and Perma Seal in the future!

Just had Mark Lemenager perform an annual maintenance check-up on our Perma-Seal system. He noted some issues for us to think about and gave us options to consider for resolving the problem. We was punctual as well as considerate, efficient and orderly in the performance of his work.

Doug was a true professional. He came out and provided me with my annual maintenance. He alerted me the Pump and Backup were the original and could be on borrowed time. There was no pressure to purchase, but I decided to replace the pump and back-up. Doug efficiently replaced all components within the hour and answered all my questions. Several weeks late as I was getting ready to file my bill I did have a question on the itemization. I dreaded making the call because my experience with other companies is once the sale is done its typically Esta La Vista, I definitely had low expectations. To my surprise Doug called me back within 5 minutes and patiently answered my questions on the billing. I was very happy with Doug’s service and follow-up and reaffirms that Perma-Seal is the gold standard for your waterproofing and plumbing needs.
