Keegan King came out to perform routine maintenance on our sump pump systems, foundation walls and dehumidifier. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and what his findings were. He was professional, courteous and respectful of my house. He took the time to not only explain everything to me but he talked to my husband on the phone and explained everything to him also. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Keegan King came this afternoon to do our annual maintenance inspection.
After checking outside discharge area, he started cleaning out the window wells. I informed him that PS had not installed those, but he said he’d clean them out for us anyway!
I had questions for him about the Basement Defender plan and understanding the app. After doing his inspection, he took the time to explain how the system works and the plans available. We had Keegan as our tech in 2022 and were very impressed so we requested to have him come out this year. Keegan is knowledgeable, personable and as mentioned above goes above and beyond what was expected. He is truly an asset to PS and I’d highly recommend him!
