On June 1, 2009, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) began using an improved rating system, rating businesses based on letter grades A+ through F. The new letter grades replace the BBB’s previous “satisfactory” or “unsatisfactory” ratings.
With over 100,000 business rated by Chicagoland’s Better Business Bureau, Perma-Seal is proud to receive the BBB’s coveted A+ rating, reserved for companies with only the highest level of honesty and ethics in the marketplace.
