Antonio, was at our house today and did a very thorough job servicing our sump pump. I am not at all that familiar with the ins and out out of our sump pump so it was great to have him here to look at everything, clean everything and explain everything that was going on to me. He did a great job and was very pleasant. He also gave me options on our maintenance agreement, which was very helpful. I have not made a decision if I will extend or not, but I have the information. Thanks again for the great service

Last summer, I bought a lovely new water heater. Works like a charm, but the time had come to flush out the system to keep calcium and such from building up at the bottom of the tank. I watched videos. I tried to remember what the plumber who installed the hot water heater had showed. I managed to screw on the hose, but then got a little flummoxed: Does the screw loosen a valve. Is the screw the valve? How much pressure should I use to unscrew the screw?

I really didn’t want to get this wrong. Hot water is… hot! So I made a video and sent it to Lisa, explaining the problem and asked whether it might be possible for someone already working in the neighborhood to stop by and walk me through the process.

Hello, Robert! He couldn’t have been nicer showing me what to do. Now I’m set. I have a new skill and a really fabulous hot water heater, too!

Christian performed an annual check-up on my premises. He pointed out issues that needed attention in a very professional manner and explained what items needed immediate attention and those items that could wait until a later time.

This was a follow up device call to correct an earlier oversight. We also added replacement of the cover.Doug’s call to advise timing of his visit was as promised. He was not aware of the replacement cover need but went the extra mile to get it done. He also put everything back in place and insured there were no leaks. Outstanding detail to everything – we’ll be requesting him to return whenever we need service.

Thanking Gene for the recent maintenance with our Perma Seal-there has been a foul smell coming from the pump area and he had cleaned it thorouhly and was like a freshly chlorined basement we have now -and gave us information on how to keep it smelling good all the time.

Gene completed a thorough inspection and explained in detail as to what was completed as part of the inspection. He was professional and followed Covid protocols and wore a mask.

Gene performed my preventative maintenance check and ran into a few spiders/webs who were residing in my crawlspace as well!! He checked all 15 points listed on the PMA check list well, made some suggestions and checked my water heater as an additional request I had. Gene is a competent professional with a pleasant personality who is an asset to your company.

Ken did a great job of explaining everything and made suggestions on what we needed to improve the system. He arrived on time and got finished quickly.

(Kenneth) Allen has been to our home twice. First when we had a battery sump and ice guard installed, and again today for the annual maintenance check. Allen is super knowledgable and took to time explain everything he was doing, and also answered all of our questions. He was polite and thorough during both visits. A+ customer service. Three years ago, I signed up for a 5-year package of annual maintenance visits by Permaseal to check the system they installed. I love that I did this. Each year I get a phone call to remind me it is time for the scheduled maintenance (I have no way to forget). A service person comes, goes through everything, checks (and if necessary, cleans) my sump pump pit and machine and all the lines. They also check the basement walls for cracks and go over all of it with me. I like that they are service oriented and not ‘sales driven.’

Very happy to have Ken Allen Laundie and Rigo come out today for maintenance on my sewer vault. Ken was very knowledgeable and helpful in my making decisions to replace my sump pump. I can tell he loves his job.

Scheduled routine maintenance call for liners and pumps in both crawlspaces and the replacement filter in dehumidifier. Miguel Guerrero came out and was excellent in taking care of everything and explaining about what he did and he was even able to fit through the small opening to our second crawl space!
