Niko did an excellent job looking at the details of the sump system, as well as making me aware of the other areas of the house he would analyze. He was also informative while explaining possible replacement of a hot water heater, attentive to details, polite, and personable. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to have him do similar work at our house in the future.

Just had Mark Lemenager perform an annual maintenance check-up on our Perma-Seal system. He noted some issues for us to think about and gave us options to consider for resolving the problem. We was punctual as well as considerate, efficient and orderly in the performance of his work.

Doug was a true professional. He came out and provided me with my annual maintenance. He alerted me the Pump and Backup were the original and could be on borrowed time. There was no pressure to purchase, but I decided to replace the pump and back-up. Doug efficiently replaced all components within the hour and answered all my questions. Several weeks late as I was getting ready to file my bill I did have a question on the itemization. I dreaded making the call because my experience with other companies is once the sale is done its typically Esta La Vista, I definitely had low expectations. To my surprise Doug called me back within 5 minutes and patiently answered my questions on the billing. I was very happy with Doug’s service and follow-up and reaffirms that Perma-Seal is the gold standard for your waterproofing and plumbing needs.

He walked me through reasons why we’re seeing the seepage/leakage we’re seeing, what Perma-seal would do to solve this issue (including products used), what maintenance would be required, told me about the fantastic life-time internal structure guarantee on their seal, and worked with me on the affordable pricing and payment plan. Told me about the great Black Friday promotion going on now too (5% off everything on payment in-full and same-as-cash payment options).

I can highly recommend Matt Tomfohrde, Supervising Electrician at Perm-Seal, for his excellent electrical work today, both servicing connections for three low voltage landscape lights as well as adding an outlet behind a painting on the wall above our grand piano. Our words were ‘Oh, we can’t believe how beautiful the painting looks, lighted from above!’ Thank you, Matt!

Allen was my technician for my annual sump pump system preventive maintenance. He took great care to explain the workings of the system and battery backup, and his recommendations. He also inspected both the inside and outside of my home. I felt he was really thorough and knowledgeable about the work he did and I will be happy to have him back. Thank you!

Our system was installed a year ago. I got a call from Perma-Seal advising me to have my annual inspection, cleaning and evaluation of the system (the first one is free!) The tec that came was Mark Lemenager. He was on time, he did a thourough evaluation of the system and cleaned some of the equipment. He was polite, he answered all of my questions, and he explained the importance of a yearly check up. I dealt with many workman during my rehab, and I must say that the staff at PermaSeal were the most proffessional.

Dear Roy: I remember when you did all of your own work with just one helper. You have built a successful business with good employees and morals. I want to tell you how impressed I was with William who did my 10 point maintenance inspection on March 16th. My pump was vibrating and making water sounds. William took the pump out, replaced the valve and installed a J hook strap. The sump pump is almost silent. I hope you keep him on the inspection crew. He is very professional and knows the sump pumps.
