Jake was out today to service the permanent dehumidifier that we purchased from Perma-Seal. He gave us all the answers we needed and went out of his way to be helpful, kind, and informative. He is an excellent representative for the Perma-Seal name.

Dan and Tony were professional and knowledgeable. I have tried for a long time to determine the cause of the cold air I had in one room. They asked all the right questions and knew just what to do to determine what was wrong. They found the problem and provided a full estimate covering everything I would need to do. Totally pleased with the work!

I had some foundation cracks in my basement and I called Perma Seal to come out and advise. They have done window wells, drains, and filled other cracks for me. I don’t know where they find these servicemen…but they are always the best. Jesus Duron, the serviceman who would fix the foundation cracks, is yet another exemplary employee. He was professional, polite, and didn’t mind my incessant questions. A real plus. His job site was neat and he cleaned up after the completed work. It was cleaner than when he started. I can’t recommend Jesus Duran enough. Just a great guy…and he loved my music. Can’t go wrong with Jesus and Perma Seal. Thanks Jesus.

My wife, Jill (Ellis) and I had our sump pump fail. We called Perma Seal and they sent an associate (Jerimiah) out the say day. He assessed the situation, gave us an estimate and did the repairs. He was very friendly and professional. Jerimiah explained everything that went wrong with the old pumps and what the difference is between the old set up and the new. He talked us through the new app installation and how it works.
Fifteen years ago we had Perma Seal incapsulate our crawl space and was and have been very happy with that project, also.

Overall great service. Additional service was not quoted and added on during the process, but they gave me a discount. The floor was left a little dirty, but mostly everything was cleaned up nicely. Service crew was very professional and good a great job. Thank you
