Customer Service agent Clarissa Diaz celebrated her one year anniversary with Perma-Seal back in November. In her first year as a member of the Perma-Seal Tribe, she has already made significant contributions with her eagerness to learn and commitment to helping clients and fellow Tribe members every chance she gets.
“Clarissa truly demonstrates ALL of our core values, but if I choose one for her, it would be to ‘Strive to Be Better,'” said Kim B. “Clarissa doesn’t feel she can serve our clients without gaining as much knowledge as possible. She is always eager to jump in and help, especially with clients who are going through difficult situations.”
Kim B. continued, “Clarissa welcomes challenges — from scheduling service calls, to explaining contracts and warranties, or helping the crew in the field. Clarissa knows that with the perseverance to learn more she can be the best she can be. She will tell you she is here to Make the World A Better Place. That she is.”
Clarissa’s attention to detail and dedication to learning and understanding the business, inspires those around to strive to be better and work harder.

Q&A // Get to know Clarissa Diaz
What is your current position? What do you enjoy about it?
I am part of the BEST TEAM around. They are always supporting me through my transitions in roles within our department. We all want to see each other succeed.
What motivates you to live Perma-Seal’s Core Values?
My motivation is to always do my BEST, because my work is a reflection on me and I never want to say I didn’t try.
What has been your favorite charitable event that you’ve been a part of with Perma-Seal?
The meal packing event we did during our annual All Tribe meeting last year was my first charitable event with Perma-Seal. It was a great experience, and I can’t wait to be a part of other events in the future.
Hometown? What do you love about it?
I’m from Maywood. I loved our backyard because it was so big. Whether a BBQ or just sitting around all together enjoying the day, we enjoyed all the memories made.
Favorite sports team?
Chicago Bears
What do you enjoy doing for fun?
I really enjoy just spending time with my husband and son, just the three of us; whether it be just watching a movie or cleaning our home. Time with my boys is the BEST.
Anything you’d like to share about your family?
My husband Jose is wonderful, he’s put up with me for over 10 years now. My son Lucas is amazing. He just turned six in January, and I see so much of my husband and myself in him.
